Très décevant.
Pros:

Assez bien mais on nous l’a apporté à notre chambre qui était minuscule. Il n’y avait pas vraiment de salle à manger pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avons mangé sur une minuscule table attenante au spa.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas obtenu la chambre correspondant à la photo sur le site lors de la réservation. Le confort du lit qui était en fait un divan-lit, l’exiguïté de la chambre qui ne devrait pas être louée pour plus d’une personne car on ne pouvait pas se déplacer sans que l’autre personne ne s’asseoit sur le lit.

Fantastic.
Pros:

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our car battery died from the cold and one of the staff members used her truck and jumper cables to get us going. Other staff let us use the spa lobby and have some tea while we waited for her to arrive from home with jumper cables: A+ customer service. Getting breakfast delivered to the room was lovely. The spa was fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough!!

Pros:

The suite had everything that was needed: beautiful views on the spa and the lake, a comfortable bed, full kitchen appliances and kitchenware, lots of space, it's off the main road very secluded eventhough the distance to the village is very short.

Overpriced and Disappointing Stay

Nice view in front of the lake

Cons:

Communication from the property was very poor. Messages were either ignored or answered very late. We didn’t receive the check-in instructions or the information about extra spa charges until the day we were leaving.

This place is okay for one night stay at most. All amenities cost extra, and the booking.com price only covers the room, something that is not clearly communicated upfront. The regular rooms are very small, with barely any space for luggage. There’s a chair and a table, but you can only use them if you put the Murphy bed away every time.

Overall, we left disappointed. On top of that, one of us got injured using the facilities, and the staff didn’t really acknowledge it or show much concern, which was upsetting.

Belle attention à notre arrivée un verre de mousseux et des pacanes à l'érable dans notre chambre. Propreté de l'établissement au complet (Bains,chambres,saunas) Propriétaire et employés souriants et accueillants.

Cons:

Malheureusement la température n'y était pas alors va falloir y retourner! 😉
