Good for a short stay, far from the coast
Pros:

We used it just for one night, arrive late and leave early. It was good for us for that night.

Cons:

The layout of the bathroom was inconvenient. There were small bugs everywhere in the room, most likely flying ants—not necessarily the property's fault, as they probably came in through the window which had been left open before check-in. The location was also quite far from any of the main coastal facilities.

Otelde çalışan neredeyse hiç yok. Resepsiyonda hiç kimse bulunmuyor. Ayrıca temizlik çok kötü durumda. Odalarda terlik bile yok.

Excellent stay for a weekend
Pros:

Close to the center of Sunny Beach, around 25 min walking, the price quality is super. Apartment was clean with all facilities.

the most exceptional accommodation I was allowed to check-in early because we arrived in the morning tired and at check-out no one rushed me to vacate the room a hotel with welcoming people

Pros:

Was not a quadruple room as my reservation, instead an apartment with two separate bedrooms, only one had aircondition and that was a problem. Elevator was good and free parking.

Cons:

It could be cleaner, especially the bathroom.
