Pros:

Our stay at the resort was wonderful. The view from the property was beautiful and very relaxing.
Mr. Ashwini, the host, was extremely polite, cooperative, and helpful throughout our stay. He made sure everything was comfortable for us.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with great hospitality

Wrong resort for us but we made the best and despite everthing enjoyed our holiday
Pros:

the position was very good right on the beach. The bar and other staff were generally very good but the duty manager almost shadowed us when it was time to leave in case we did a runner?. The food was very good.

Cons:

very grubby, Rats and cockroaches a plenty No safe box ,Table cloths filthy Room service was on request not automatic Mouldy bathroom black silicon round sink the toilet leaked on to floor and we had mushrooms growing round the base of sink unit, Other people turning up and no accommodation available for them .Loud music and conversation long into the night 2-5 am . In need of a major overhaul we saw why they insisted on payment upfront as if we hadn't paid we would have probably moved on

Pros:

Amazing location with a beautiful view of the beach. Rooms were decently clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant below had delicious food . Overall all a good experience.

Wonderful staff, BUT dirty, smelly rooms.
Pros:

We had 2 rooms (one for my mum) stayed for 7 nights.
The location was perfect.
The staff were wonderful.
Mum had a problem with her door lock which they fixed immediately. Also the toilet wouldn't flush so the staff ordered new parts and fixed.
The staff are very friendly & helpful.
The bed was comfy and the sheets were good quality cotton.
Aircon & fan worked well.
2 bottles of complimentary water every day was a nice gesture.

Cons:

Sadly, there were lots of things we didn't like.
The photos on booking.com must have been taken many years ago. The accommodation is now extremely tired and in desperate need of refurbishment.
The smell in the bathroom was unbearable.
The cleanliness in the bathroom was terrible. The toilet, floors & wall were very dirty.
We didn't have any hot water the 1st night - staff fixed this the next day. The hot water only lasted for a minute or two - not long enough for a shower or to wash hair.
Our rooms weren't cleaned in the 7 nights.
No fridge or kettle in the rooms.
No mirror in the bedroom.
Nowhere to hang clothes, a mini shelf unit was provided for folded clothes.
There seems to be a problem with the electricity. Every night there were power cuts in some of the accommodation. We had to mention this to staff before they did anything about it.
Electric sockets in the rooms were hanging off the walls.
Music from the bar area was very loud - Fortunately this stops by midnight.

The Sea View room is really exceptional.
Pros:

The resort location is excellent. In particular our premium room with sea view is exceptional. The staff are very cooperative and always supportive.

Cons:

The resort is old and could have been maintained better. The restaurant options are limited. Breakfast was average, with limited options for vegetarians.
