Pros:

Excellent location on the beach with parking facility. Very cordial, helpful, supportive staffs. Excellent food options & quality.
Decent Water sports & body massage facilities are also available

Cons:

Sporadic power outages. The issue could be resolved if there's a power backup facility.

In my opinion, Such kind of hotels should be avoided by Booking.com. We are very much disappointed.
Pros:

Breakfast was satisfactory. The sea view is good and satisfactory.

Cons:

The Rooms, cleanliness, A/c , The bath room ,
Water was not flowing in the bathroom. The outlet was choked. There was no cupboard , no hanger , not even a mirror inside the room. The photos posted in Booking.com site doesn't match practically. So disappointed.

Our stay at the resort was wonderful. The view from the property was beautiful and very relaxing.
Mr. Ashwini, the host, was extremely polite, cooperative, and helpful throughout our stay. He made sure everything was comfortable for us.
