Agréable séjour avec un personnel top! À refaire
Pros:

Équipe très professionnelle, disponible et agréable: de la réception avec Hamza, Mouhad ou le Baye Fall bou khess, à la sécurité avec Nabil et son collègue, au buffet du petit-déjeuner avec l’agréable accueil de Houda, pour commencer la journée en sourire, sans oublier les femmes de chambres qui assurent quotidiennement la propreté des chambres.
La situation géographique de l’hôtel est également un plus: pas loin à pieds, de la médina et de la Mosquée Hassan 2.
Je recommande l’hôtel après un 2eme séjour qui a pu confirmer mes premières impressions.

Leeg en rustig hotel, voldoende om kort te overnachten
Pros:

De kamer was ruim, bedden waren inorde.

Cons:

De badkamer is gedateerd en de voorzieningen zijn van heel slechte kwaliteit. Douche is plastic. En badkamer is slecht en onnauwkeurig afgewerkt (zie bijlage). Frigo werkte niet.
Zwembad was te koud om er in te gaan en van te genieten, ook de omgeving rond het zwembad kwam verlaten over.
Ontbijt was slecht en hotel liet een lege indruk na.

Pros:

The room was good, and when there wasn't hot water they upgraded to a suit which was perfect for our first night as a married couple.

Cons:

They charged an extra $22 because I mistakenly selected 1 guest instead of two. The staff Saad was kind and friendly.
