A well presented property with all you could need. Close to all facilities and convenient for the town. The owner Rhea was kind and helpful giving me plenty of advice on where to go and the best things to do.

So I am a little confused because the pictures shown on Booking.com does not match the place I stayed in. Not sure what that is about. I thought this stay was very good overall. The Wi-Fi worked well. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure and heat in the shower was fine. The toilet flushed well. I didn't really have any complaints in terms of the amenities. The place was also located right next to the Ayala Mall, which was very convenient to do grocery shopping. The free welcome basket was also an appreciated and nice touch.
The reason I didn't give this place a 10/10 is mainly because of cleanliness. When I arrived, I saw some hairs in the shower, in the refrigerator, and on the bed. The toilet didn't look like it had been flushed correctly because some moldy stuff was floating inside. After I did some tidying up, it was fine, but I would suggest Rhea hire better cleaning staff next time. Also, beware of the ants. If you leave even a crumb of food outside, you will get a trail of them. I threw everything in a covered trash can, and they still found a way in, so I started tying up all my trash in plastic bags. Very late at night, I also saw some small roaches. I don't think this is the owner's fault. It's just a fact of life living in a unit where not everyone in the building is prudent with their garbage.

Clean yung place.
Yung location ng place is very accessible. Near lng sa mall and sa downtown.
The place smelled of lavender. Everything was well thought of, from the generous bathroom rolls to the complementary coffee and tea, bath and hand towels, bedside tables, there was even a lounge chair where you can put your feet up. Near supermarket, mall, restaurants and a museum.
The room’s window faces the west so it can get warm in the afternoons, but you can just close the curtains. Bathroom sink is small.
It was homey, and clean. And the owner of the unit is incredibly nice and easy to talk to.
Location is near to 2 big malls. Easy check in / check out. The host and building personnel were all nice, responsive, professional...They all made sure that we had a comfortable and happy stay.

The hostel is very friendly and honest. We paid the room including a deposit with Gcash and it was very smooth.
The place is super convenient, it's in front of a mall and near all of the famous pastries/cakes shops within the city. It's near the Bacolod-Iloilo Fast Craft Port as well for travelers via Sea. Checking in was easy because there's no key and you are only given a passcode for the duration of your stay. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is neat, and the CR is spacious.
The place is very comfortable. It feels like home away from home. The center of everything, easy access to every place. The host is very accommodating. Hope to booked with you again in the future. 🥰
