Für eine Nacht in der Luzerner-Altstadt war die Übernachtung super.
Pros:

Super Lage, Nähe vom See und mitten in der Altstadt. Super schnelles check-in, selbsterklärend. Das Zimmer war sauber. Schnelles warmes Wasser zum Duschen vorhanden.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht, trotz dem Einstecken. Die Decke ist recht niedrig, vor allem für grössere Menschen ziemlich unbequem. Schwache Lichtverhältnisse im Zimmer.

Buenas localización

Cons:

Todo entrada conjunta de un bar de comida oriental, huele muchísimo. Tienes que subir un piso cargado y el ascensor realmente es un montacargas. Por no decir que el precio de la reserva subió 10 francos ese día. Y que no estaba limpio, habitación llena de golpes y suelo sin limpiar, la ducha rota y perdía agua. Escribí a atencion al cliente de Booking y me ofrecieron otra habitación, era más grande pero aún así con la misma falta de higiene. Sin sábanas bajera, solo el forro del colchón (que por cierto era incomodisimo)

Budget apartment in the heart of Lucerne
Pros:

The location is superb. The coffee machine is a treat.

Cons:

The main lights didn't turn on but luckily, the bathroom lights are enough to illuminate the room.

Great location in Lucerne for a great price
Pros:

Great location in the old centre of Lucerne. Everything in walking distance. Self-Check-In worked flawless and easy.
Very comfortable bed and a very nice bath room. Absolutely great value for the money.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was really really poor. Also the fridge, coffee/tea offer was so hidden under the roof that I only found it shortly before leaving. Should be more visible for the guest

Нам ужасно не понравилось
Pros:

Окна выходили в стену соседнего дома, к тому же в комнате был неистребимый запах сигарет. Когда мы попросили поменять нам номер в котором хотя-бы не воняло, нам отказали.

Cons:

Я бы посоветовала владельцу этой ужасной гостиницы, не обманывать людей. Фото не соответствуют действительности.

Charmerende lille hotel.
Pros:

Det er lav-loftet på værelserne, gæster over 1,90m må bøje hovedet. Flot gammel bygning i centrum.
Der er selvbetjening angående check-in, men går nemt og hurtigt.
Elevator kører langsomt så det er hurtigere at tage trappen

Cons:

Ingen mulighed for morgenmad

Pros:

Kein Frühstück gebucht, Lage zentral und doch sehr ruhig! Self-Check-In empfand ich als sehr praktisch, habe das so vorher noch nicht gekannt.

Cons:

Die E-Mail von Booking.com kurz vor meinem erfolgreichen Check-In, wonach meine Kreditkarte ungültig und deshalb gesperrt worden sei! Das lässt darauf schliessen, dass Booking.com versucht hat, im Voraus meine Hotelzimmerrechnung meiner angegebenen Kreditkarte zu belasten. Das fand ich äusserst schwach und nicht gerade kundenfreundlich!

It’s in a perfect area. Also, check in & out is so perfect. You don’t need to speak with staff for check in, you do it with a machine which was a nice experience. Hotel was very warm & kept me cosy in the winter
