Linens are not comfortable and not sure if clean, because it's color dark.
The place is nice,near sya sa lahat ng pwedeng galaan.mabait mga staff nila.for food naman di ka mahihirapan maghanap kasi madaming kainan malapit at may 7/11 sa baba mismo bg building.
Ang di ko lang gusto is mahirap maghanap ng parking and wala silang bidet.
Location was good. It was good to have a convenience store on the same building. Overall stay was comfortable.
I like it for being spacious and clean
- It’s hard to wash when no bidet.
- not comfortable sleeping due to bed cover’s embroidery design. It’s best to use a plain cover.
- lack of fan. It’s hot during afternoon time. The fan in the living room is not rotating.
We had a great stay at this condo unit! It was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The place had all the basic appliances we needed for a comfortable stay — refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, water heater, electric kettle, and stove. The location was also very convenient, just a short distance from Session Road.
The host was very responsive to all my queries and even allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated.
If there’s one thing that could be improved, it would be the availability of sockets in the living area — adding an extension cord would be helpful since the two existing outlets are used for the TV and Wi-Fi. The path going to the main entrance was also a little steep, so just something to keep in mind for those bringing luggage or traveling with kids or elderly.

シャワーの水圧を上げると水が冷たくなることです。
なので弱めの水圧にして、シャワーを浴びていました。
Our family enjoyed our stay here. The place is just a walk away sa cathedral, burnham park and stores in the city. On top of that, the unit is very clean and comfortable. It's spacious for a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids). Will definitely recommend this place.
9/10. I guess the only issue that we have is that there is no bidet, but nonetheless it was a wonderful stay.
Booked for 6 people for my brothers and 82 yr old Mother.. The place is clean apart from bathroom need bit of scrubbing timescales..
Kitchen utensils and cutlery available with big fridge. Since it's book for 6 persons, there is only 2 plates but we're adaptable other 4 of us eat in smaller bowls, it's our choice not to complain such small issues anyway.
Bring ear plugs since it's main Road , can hear dumbstruck picking garbage outside and clanking noises at 03:30 AM truck stops infront of accomodation and same time segregating waste in the truck where noise co.ing from.
Overall it's been OK , what makes it pleasant is the guard staff in reception and parking also the housekeeper warm smiles and been helpful when asked questions.
