Super schönes und modernes Hotel mit optimaler Lage mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht.
Pros:

Sehr modern und super schön eingerichtet. Komfortable Ausstattung. Unglaublich leckeres und vielseitiges Frühstück. Schöner Spa Bereich mit frischem Tee und Früchten, der sogar bis 22uhr geöffnet ist.
Tolle Aussicht, kostenlose Parkplätze - Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel können kostenlos genutzt werden im ganzen Tessin - Bus und Bahnstation 20m neben dem Hotel.

Cons:

Kein Hinweis, dass es verschiedene Kissen an der Rezeption gab. Standardkissen war sehr klein und flach. Im Spa könnte ein wenig Musik laufen - ganz still ist es komisch.
Wasser der Dusche im Zimmer wechselt von alleine von kalt auf heiß.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön in einem modernen Hotel
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker man hatte eine große Auswahl.
Die Lage war direkt an der Straße und am Bahnhof trotzdem ruhig.

Lage, Zimmer, Personal, Sauberkeit waren gut.

Cons:

Spabereich war sehr klein und das Essen im Restaurant würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Kantinenqualität und viel zu teuer.

Sehr gutes Hotel - nicht wundern, wenn es viele Kinder hat
Pros:

Frühstück ist sehr gut. Frisch und alles vorhanden. Rezeption ist bemüht freundlich, nicht sehr effizient. Personal im Restaurant ist äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir hatten bei der Ankunft ein Kindergeburtstag, welcher doch sehr laut war. Auch waren dadurch Kinder auf den Fluren. Offensichtlich hat sich das Hotel auf solche Events spezialisiert. Also nicht wundern. Nachts war jedoch alles sehr ruhig.

Schönes Hotel, gut gelegen für ÖV.
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wir haben nicht verstanden, wieso Hunde im Barbereich erlaubt sind, aber im daneben liegenden Restaurant nicht. Die Bereiche sind nur durch ein Regal getrennt.
