What stands out is the very friendly and very helpful manager
Pros:

The woman manager was EXCELLENT. I can’t remember her name…perhaps Christine. But she was one of the best hotel personnel I have encountered in more than 70 years of travel!

Cons:

No elevators in parts of the building g. But upon admission I was assigned to a room with access by a ramp. So I personally had no difficulty, but others might.
