Perfect place to stay to enjoy Victoria BC
Pros:

Great location, great room- very spacious. So clean & quiet and walkable distance to everything around the city. Great price too.

Cons:

Everything was great…no complaints.

ロケーションが最高でした。目の前にBEACON HILL PARKがあり、散歩をするとリスや孔雀など、様々な動物と会うことができてとても楽しかったです。市街地の中心部へのアクセスも良く、とても楽しく過ごすことができました。
また、部屋も広く快適で、スタッフも親切でとても過ごしやすかったです。

Comfortable beds. Great clean kitchen. Close to it all while still being private. Great staff. No elevator.
Pros:

All was good except for being on the third floor with no elevator. Rooms comfortable with good size and clean kitchen. Staff was exceptional.

Cons:

Just having no elevator was very difficult.

A relaxing escape in the heart of Victoria
Pros:

The hotel has a central location that favors a walking experience for exploring the city. The Beacon Hill Park is just across the street.
The rooms are comfortable, very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The front desk and hotel staff in general are super supportive and very kind. It was a great experience for me and my family!
PS: Be aware the hotel has no elevators, so if you need accomodations for accessibility make sure you ask for a room on the first or second floor (there is a ramp on the outside of the building).

Comfortable Rooms at a Great Location.
Pros:

The spacious room at the Helm was great. The bed was very comfortable & the kitchenette a bonus. It was so good to have a kettle & toaster- rare items we had found on our travels from Yellowstone in US across to the Canadian Rockies & BC.
Leaving apples for guests was a thoughtful & helpful gesture.
Beautiful Park across the road. We were sad we were unable to have a longer walk there. The location was very walkable to many interesting places to see.

Cons:

The lack of elevator for luggage, esp up to level 3 where we were.
From a design perspective, the cupboard over the tiolet & also the power point directly above kitchen sink seemed dangerous.
Teabags ( e.g English or Irish Breakfast) in the suites would be good. They were in boxes in a cupboard in reception area, but it felt a little uncomfortable helping ourselves to those. A sign to say "please take teabags & little milks as you need" might have helped.

Very Comfotable & Lovely Location Opposite Beautiful, Large Park.
Pros:

Our room was spacious & the bed was very comfortable. It was wonderful to have a kettle ( rare item on our travelling in US & Canada) & the Kitchenette was a bonus. It was lovely that apples were left for guests each day.

Cons:

Tea bags could have been in the room ( e.g Irish Breakfast). They were in a cupboard at reception but it felt a bit uncomfortable helping ourself to them.

An elevator would certainly help- getting luggage to Floor 3 was hard work.

Great location
Pros:

Great location. Easy walk into centre of Victoria and very close to the harbour. Beds were very comfy and the kitchen was quite well equipped and useful. Great shower. Highly recommended. Plenty of parking.

Very quiet place with friendly staff. Perfectly located for strolling in the park and around the area. Good restaurants
