Overcharged for this 4 night stay in a not 5 Star hotel
Pros:

We did not stay at this hotel but were shifted to their sister property Mane Village Suites so this review is no about this property

Cons:

The Mane village suites might have once been lovely but it was in poor condition when we stayed there. The rat inhabitants did nothing to improve the situation. The pool whilst refreshing and the water was clean it could use a vacuum as the bottom was covered in debris and dirt. The pools towels provided should be recycled as cleaning rags. There were many things that makes this less than a 5 star resort. Reference Google reviews for more info.

Beautiful little hotel
Pros:

This place is amazing. Beautiful decorated little hotel with lovely garden area and pool, well located 15-20 minutes walk or 5 minutes tuk tuk drive from the central area. Our room was charming, very spacious and clean. Breakfast was served in a beautiful restaurant and was very testy. All reception and breakfast staff was incredible, super kind and helpful. They took care for our airport transfer (35 USD per way), arranged us tuk tuk for going out and for one day tour at Angkor Wat, even open the restaurant for breakfast 15 minutes earlier because our flight was very early in the morning. The car driver and Mr Lai the tuk tuk driver was super kind and helpful. I definitelyBe recommend this place.

Cons:

Because of the plants and the trees there were many ants on the sunbeds around the pool.

Peaceful surrounds and amazing staff
Pros:

The staff firstly, they can’t do enough for you and are so friendly. Anita who is based on reception is amazing. The hotel is on a quiet street but close enough to walk to restaurants and there’s always a Tuk Tuk nearby which the hotel will call for you. The breakfasts are great and the pool is lovely with beautiful surrounds.
My second stay at Mane and would not hesitate to stay again.

Cons:

Nothing

Fantastic staff. Good value. Facility wants some love.
Pros:

Staff was exceptional. Nice location. Boutique vibe. On-site restaurant was very convenient for breakfast. Reasonably priced.

Cons:

Hot water was tepid until third night. Room lacked nice natural light and in-room lights were not great. AC worked but could not adjust temperature with remote. Overhead light outside our room was flickering. Restaurant was closed Monday evening.

Nice little hotel
Pros:

Hotel was quite nice overall. The pool was refreshing. We were there 3 mornings. 2 of them we left early and the hotel packed us a breakfast to go. The other day we enjoyed the included breakfast which was lovely. The room was large. I wish the toilet room door wasn't just clear glass though. Some frosting would have helped a lot. The AC was also a little tricky and shut off in the middle of the night. Overall great hotel and the staff was wonderful.

Excellent staff well appointed hotel.beds comfortable and rooms spacious l loved the congee for breakfast
Pros:

Excellent location friendly and very helpful staff. Loved the free tuk tuk to get you to pub street

Cons:

Restaurant had a very limited menu which is fine but you had to go through the menu with a list they provided that was not available. Very hard to manage. Would have been better to just have a specials board to choose from to avoid disappointment.
The bar was not well located. Hard to tell if someone was tending it and no where to hang out.
I know the hotel can’t help this but very noisy at night with dogs barking all night. Would put us off from staying there again

Lovely stay at Mane Boutique
Pros:

Amazing 18-room boutique hotel close enough to downtown Siem Reap to walk (10 min) but far enough away to be removed from the intense tourist grind and noise. The staff were outstandingly helpful - Anita in particular was phenomenal - her English was amazing too. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced - in fact better than some of the top-rated eating establishments. The rooms are very large and the beds are very comfortable.

Pros:

Staff were friendly & we had a beautiful celebration of our anniversary in our room on our arrival.

Cons:

Beds were very hard, bathroom and room floor could do with a good scrub & spa was quite expensive for the treatment service received.

It was ok but we wouldn’t return.
Pros:

It’s a very beautiful hotel, full of history and the location is good - quiet but still close to Pub street and the night market. We used a tuk tuk to get there in the evening due to the stray dogs. During the day it felt safe to walk.

Cons:

The swimming pool is very cold and the beds are in the shade most of the day. The breakfast is poor. We tried a few options from the menu but never found anything to enjoy.

Pros:

We spent four nights at the Mane Boutique Hotel and felt not only welcome but also well taken care of from the beginning. The entire team is extremely friendly and accommodating. Wishes are, if possible, immediately fulfilled.

In the first room we heard the water pump at night, but then were allowed to change. And that was perfect: a large, airy room with a view, a nice ambiance and everything from refrigerator to kettle.

We had breakfast included and it was excellent. The choice between Khmer and continental meals was very large and the quality more than good.

A special treat is the free tuk-tuk in the old town, which is available from morning to evening. So the stay in Siem Reap is even more fun;)
