The proprietors are helpful. The rooms are clean. It is like a college dorm with rooms, but with limited parking. They do have paid parking though. I personally feel like the pictures posted online to get the customers are misrepresenting. The pictures showed common kitchen areas and common rooms but I did not see none of that.

This place is a great value compared to other options you can book in İstanbul. The building is new, and our studio apartment was also new (I think all the rooms are), with everything clean and shiny. The owner and staff are very nice, polite, and always ready to help or answer your questions about İstanbul.

At first, it looks like the property is far from the city, but it’s actually not that far. There’s a huge shopping mall just about 5-minute walk away. If you like to see local İstanbul (I mean local local) just pass the highway bridge across the Pelican mall and you will be in Cihangir, Avcilar with tons of local restaurants and cafes with very reasonable prices witch you will love.

We didn’t have a car, but it was easy to get around İstanbul by taxi or bus.
You can take a taxi (make sure to use the Bitaksi or Uber app) to the "Küçükçekmece metro" station, which is the closest one. It costs about 7–8 USD. From there İstanbul is yours, you can go anywhere in İstanbul.

Pros:

New, clean and quiet place with an easy free public parking spot. We loved it.

Cons:

It appears we had to inform the reception prior to arrival that we were 3 guests. The first night the 3rd guest had to sleep on an uncomfy sofa, since the receptionist didn’t manage to provide a 2nd bed. At the end of the 2nd day we had to recall about the bed, and then we had to help to the staff to bring the bed to the 2nd floor. Also, as most people mention, the hot water comes slow, like 5 mins waiting time, and once you have it, it is quite tricky to select the proper temperature.

Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Otelin içi ve oda çok güzel, temizdi. Otel sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Tek yaşadığım sorun banyo başlığıydı. Suyu yavaş veriyor. Ailecek ve arkadaşlarla gelip kalınabilecek çok nezih ve temiz bir yer.
