Not recommended for more than 2 guests nor family stay!

As to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at this property, on day one, we were shocked to discover that there had been unauthorized entry into our room while we were away. When we raised this concern with your team, we were met with silence and no explanation. This lack of security was deeply concerning.

Additionally, we found that there weren't enough towels and blankets for our group of three, despite our booking clearly indicate that we would be three guests. We were told that additional supplies would only be provided the next day.

Furthermore, after making our payment—required two days in advance to avoid cancellation—communication from your property became sluggish. Queries went unanswered for extended periods, which was incredibly frustrating. Ironically, as we arranged for a late checkout, your team was quick to demand payment for extra hours. The cleaner was left waiting impatiently outside our room, which added to our discomfort.

I did not find the room provided was not clean. There were cockroaches found and waste bins were not provided with plastic. There were washing machine available, however, you couldn’t dry them at the balcony area. Laundry services were also available downstairs, but with some costs and time consuming (depending on the number of laundry of the day).

Overall, this experience was far from what we expected. I trust this review will be able address these issues and ensure that future guests do not encounter the same problems.

Modern small little place just one thing wrong with it.
Pros:

- Really nice place. Bit small but nice and modern. It’s a studio but there’s a wall to separate from the “living room”.
- Had everything to make a meal but we didn’t need it. It also had a washing machine.
- Good shower + hot water.
- Great location, near the airport.
- Shops and restaurants nearby.
- Host was really good at communicating.

Cons:

No ventilation in the shower. The ceiling was really mouldy and disgusting. Just try not to look up. Would stay here again though.
