Pros:

colazione abbondante e posizione ottima, host molto gentile e accogliente

Cons:

purtroppo la casa ha seri problemi di umidità, anche i mobili ne risentono. Ci sono de-umidificatori nelle stanze, ma alcuni mobili e strutture sono rovinate. Meriterebbe un po' di interventi di ammodernamento, ma nel complesso è gradevole e comoda!

Be Aware: Accommodation Operating in a Grey Zone
Cons:

This accommodation appears to operate in a grey area. Payment was taken immediately after booking and was non-refundable. It was impossible to obtain an invoice for our stay. One member of our group had an accident in Mallorca, and the insurance company required an official invoice, which we never received. Despite repeated attempts to contact the host, Roberta stopped responding to my messages. There was also no response to a formal request sent via Booking.com. Due to the lack of cooperation and documentation, I would recommend avoiding this accommodation.

Pros:

Was OK for the price, but I had to book the last minute, there are much better bang for the buck places around if you book earlier. The Room is relatively clean. No bugs or anything like that. Easy parking. Kitchen. 15 mins by car to Palma.

Cons:

Shared bathroom. The description is a bit misleading. No shampoo, there was even no hand soap when I arrived. Anyways, not the best but definitely not the worst place.

Een persoonlijke verwelkoming ontbrak waardoor er misverstanden ontstaan.
Pros:

De sfeervolle woonkamer in kerstsfeer. Duidelijke instructies om binnen te komen. Internet was goed. Bedden waren goed.

Cons:

Geen persoonlijke verwelkoming wat we zeer teleurstellend vonden. Geen antwoord op vier verzonden mailberichten. Maar ik zie nu pas het mailbericht over betaling van de toeristenbelasting die we blijkbaar contant hadden moeten betalen. Een bericht fijne kersdagen kon er niet vanaf. De douchegel was op. Er waren te weinig handdoeken. Het brood was beschimmeld. Het openen van het kluisje aan de poort ging zeer moeilijk. Het was mij niet duidelijk via de advertentie dat wij een badkamer moesten delen. Onze eigen gekochte melk zonder lactose is voor het ontbijt gebruikt terwijl ons niet helemaal duidelijk was dat deze in een andere koelkast gezet moest worden. Jammer dat er tijdens eerste kerstdag niets extra's gedaan werd voor het ontbijt. Bij een persoonlijke verwelkoming had er veel voorkomen kunnen worden.
