Red House Rooms

The property needs to pay more attention at cleaning of the common areas, specially the shared bathrooms.

We got a bad check in experience and our room was not ready until 20h, the owner apologized and we waited on the swimming pool area.

The house is really beautiful, has a lot of potential, I'm sure if the owners put more effort can be a nice place to stay.

Upon arrival we still hadn’t received any information regarding our stay. No information about the check in or how to enter the property. By chance we had met the owner who was leaving. We arrived at the time we had communicated, wich was two hours after check in. At that time the owner told us that the room was not even ready. We still hadn’t received no room number. The owner told us that she would return in half an hour and apologized. We then continued to wait for more than an hour, still with no information. We had not eaten all day and had to go for dinner. We continue to message the owner asking for the information and we still don’t receive anything. At this point it’s 22:20 and we’re standing in front of the gate of the property not knowing how to enter or wich room we’re in. We called the owner more than 10 times with no answers. Once she picks up she doesn’t even know wich booking we’re talking about. Finally we were able to enter the property to find the shared bathroom. Wich would be fine if it was clean. It was absolutely disgusting. We asked multiple times what she would do to make up for the terrible check in we had. She did not answer. In the two days we stayed the bathrooms were not cleaned once. Our Bathroom was shared between 4 rooms. There was hair everywhere and the smell from the drain was coming through. We have not received any help from the owner neither was she present at the property. We had an awful experience and completely ruined. The aircon in the room was not working properly and neither was the fridge in the room which also was not clean and smelled bad. The second morning we came down for breakfast, the woman that was there told us that there would be no coffee. Only after you book they tell you that the bathroom is shared. After you pay you cannot cancel or change the booking. The way we were treated was absolutely ridiculous and deplorable. When showing up on the day of our check-out she accused us of only want money

la difficulté de communiquer car soucis d'internet, nous n'avons pas eu du coup les instructions d'arrivée, ni le code wifi pendant le séjour

No es responsabilidad del alojamiento como tal, peo justo nos tocó tormenta co mucho viento y las persianas aunque estuviesen cerradas en realidad sonaban muchísimo durante la noche y tuvimos problemas para dormir por eso, aunque entendemos que es una situación puntual. Desconozco como sería la llegada en transporte público.

La única cosa mejorable tal vez son las puertas. Al cerrarlas, suenan mucho - se oye todo el movimiento de los vecinos en la casa.

Estuvimos en la habitacion que tiene baño privado. Al llegar nos encontramos que las sabanas no estaban limpias y la llave de la habitación no cerraba. Aún así al día siguiente Roberta resolvió con cambio de sábanas.

He reservado un fin de semana allí para descansar del trabajo y pasar dos días en el silencio.
Era lo que buscaba. Un sitio en la nada sin ruido, en la naturaleza, y sobretodo solo para adultos, sumergido en la paz.
Pasamos la primera tarde noche de lujo y ayer, cuando me levanté, me metí en una tumbona bajo el sol con mi libro, decidida a pasar el día así.
A las 11:00 de la mañana me había dormido, llegan a la piscina gritando y corriendo 2 niños con una pelota, despertándome. No entendía que pasaba. Era un sitio SOLO ADULTOS, POR ESTA RAZÓN RESERVÉ. Me desperté molesta y decidí llamar la dueña por teléfono. Me dice disculpándose por lo ocurrido que son los niños de su pareja y que se van enseguida. Pues enseguida se ha metido el padre también a la piscina y aquello de repente, de lugar de relax se convirtió en un parque acuático. Salió a la piscina la dueña también y me dijo sin más que podía irme que ellos se quedaban allí y que me devolvía el dinero. No me lo creía!! Con el finde pagado, la comida comprada y todo, he tenido que preparar mi maleta y dejar la casa, como si yo hubiera hecho algo malo. Encima estando en Mallorca, me encuentro un sábado al mediodía sin saber donde ir en pleno agosto sin gastar un dineral. NO VAYÁIS SI BUSCÁIS LA OPCIÓN SOLO ADULTOS Y EL SILENCIO Y LA PAZ QUE PROMETEN.
