Super!
Pros:

A wonderful thermal hotel located close to the city centre. We were very happy with our stay!

We had a large, spacious room divided into two separate areas, featuring a luxurious double bed, a sofa bed for two people, and two bathrooms. Upon request, we were also provided with a comfortable extra bed for a small additional fee. The room had a large dining table and two balconies. Everything was thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. There was a small refrigerator, and the reception kindly provided us with a kettle upon request. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent!

We checked in late in the evening, and the hotel kindly prepared packed meals for us upon request — a very thoughtful gesture! Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a good variety of food. One small downside is that water at dinner is charged separately, and bringing your own drinks is not allowed.

I highly recommend booking a massage — it was absolutely wonderful! The hotel also offers a 10% discount. The saunas are excellent too. Please note that saunas are used without swimwear, although you can cover yourself with a towel.

I recommend visiting the SPA facilities and water attractions in the neighbouring building. One important tip: it is better to book a room that already includes SPA access in the price.

There is a bus stop near the football field. Make sure to check the timetable in advance, as buses run quite infrequently. We took a taxi to Croatia, and we were incredibly lucky with our driver — the loveliest female taxi driver I have ever met during all my travels!

Slovenia itself left us with wonderful memories — such a clean, well-maintained and charming country. We will remember this holiday fondly!

Cons:

There is one nuance that the management should look into. We declined the optional room cleaning, but as it turned out, this automatically cancelled any towel and bathrobe replacements. When we addressed this issue directly at the front desk, we were refused, with staff citing hotel rules. In my opinion, this is a matter of basic hygiene: even if a guest opts out of full cleaning, fresh linens should be provided automatically at least once after four nights of stay, without forcing guests to go out of their way to request it. I hope the hotel addresses this organizational issue.

Pros:

Kopanje zunsj v hotelskem bazenu,ki je skoraj sameval.

Cons:

Majkalo je za vegane in vegetarijance kaksna omaka,saj je bilo kljub izbiri prilog na koncu vse suho.

Matratzen waren für uns etwas zu weich. Und die Kinderbetten etwas zu hart. Aber in großen und ganzen alles super.

Nettes Personal, ausreichend Auswahl am Buffet, eigener Pool, schöne Anlage

Cons:

Zimmer war leider nicht sehr sauber, Haare im Bad, Fön war klebrig und ging dann auch kaputt. Stoff der Lampen voll mit Dreck und Blutspritzer. Balkontüre musste von uns zuerst repariert werden, damit wir sie wieder schließen konnten. Essen leider sehr kalt.

Essen und Nähe zur großen Therme waren spitze, das Kinderbett hingegen leider so gar nicht!

Das „Bett“ für meine Tochter war eine auf dem Boden liegende Matratze, …extrem hart… nach einer schlaflosen Macht habe ich ein anderes Bett angefordert, Ergebnis war eine zweite Matratze auf der bereits vorhandenen Matratze…nun nicht mehr so hart aber meine Tochter verweigerte darauf zu schlafen… für ein 4 Sterne Hotel alles andere als eine angemessene Lösung…

Auch der Teppich war leider sehr stark verschmutzt…. Was das Liegen unmittelbar in Bodennöhe auch nicht verbessert hat.
