The staff is lovely. The place is a great concept but is in desperate need of a deep renovation.

Sun loungers and umbrellas are charged extra, even for hotel guests. The food could be more varied.The pool hygiene standards could be higher.

Odlična izkušnja, soba je bila lepa, s čudovitim pogledom. Hrana je bila okusna, veliko izbire.
Pros:

Zajtrk in večerja sta bila odlična. Bilo je veliko ponudbe tudi za vegetarijance. Hrana je bila zelo okusna.

Cons:

Za hotelske goste bi bili lahko vključeni v ceno tudi ležalniki in senčnik na zunanjih letnih bazenih.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist nur wenige Hundert Meter von der Winter- und Summer-Riviera entfernt.
Während das Aufenthalts sind pro Person 2 Eintritte pro Tag im Preis enthalten.
Die Buffetgröße für Frühstück und Abendessen ist groß und qualitativ in Ordnung (aber auch nichts besonderes).
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es gibt sehr viele Parkplätze und viele davon auch im Schatten (gerade im Sommer toll).
Ich hatte für 2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder (5 & 1) gebucht. Wir haben ein DZ mit 2 Schlafcouches bekommen.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Ich bin prinzipiell der Meinung, dass Teppichböden im 21. Jahrhundert nichts mehr in einem Hotel zu suchen haben. Diese wirken nach einigen Jahren einfach unhygienisch.
Für die Schlafcouch haben wir kein Bettzeug bekommen. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dann wäre es ein Dreibettzimmer und müsste mit 30€/Nacht zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Man ging im Hotel also davon aus, dass wir als Familie im Doppelbett schlafen. Wir haben das dann natürlich anders gelöst und die Couch für die Kinder verwendet.

Pros:

Struttura in po datata ma molto confortevole, poi apprezzo particolarmente lo stile tipicamente jugoslavo anni 80. Personale gentile e disponibile nel gestire un piccolo inconveniente avuto durante il soggiorno. Il complesso termale poi è molto bello ed adatto ad una famiglia. Una meta da ripetere in futuro.

Cons:

Unico neo da segnalare per me i cuscini in camera, purtroppo sottili e scomodi.

Pros:

Hotel je ugodan za boravak, uredan i čist.
Osoblje je ljubazno i komunikativno.
Sviđa nam se što je hotel povezan sa zimskom termalnom rivijerom pa u slučaju lošeg vremena ili tijekom boravka u zimskom periodu ne morate izlaziti van.
Hrana je solidna, možda bi mogao biti malo bolji izbor.
