Location, gardens
Este amplasat intr-un loc superb. Locatia insasi este un punct de atractie turistica. Totul a fost exact ca in prezentare. Micul dejun tipic englezesc, foarte bun! Recomand acest hotel!
Pleasant staff. Quiet location. Lovely gardens. Clean roomTasty breakfast
No lift No fridge in room
Lovely Hotel.
Outstanding surroundings.
Very professional Staff
No WiFi.
Squirrels had chewed the cabling.
Lovely old building, great parking
Room was very cold, noisy road, shower was shocking , taps hardly worked .
Needed a spanner more or less to turn tap off and before you think ‘ it’s an old building’ then yes it is but the system needs work, poor washing facilities
All good
The restaurant and bath tub
Everything 😀👍😀👍😀👍
There was nothing we didn't like x😀👍😀👍😀
Basically a nice enough hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly. Lovely building in a nice setting.
Breakfast was awful. A small selection of salty, fried food and one type of cereal. Everything kept running out and the staff didn’t seem to notice. The WiFi didn’t work in our room. We mentioned this at checkout and the receptionist was not apologetic or even surprised. Then there were lots of little things, like the tiny pillows and really cheap toilet roll, that all added up to make it feel more downmarket than it needed to.
The room was pleasant
Having to walk miles to the room, up and down stairs or all the way round outside in the cold and fight your way through a wedding party who did not want people walking through. Also, the room was dusty. They didn’t have any record of my booking breakfast and we had to wait for ages while they flicked through bits of paper. Don’t leave your breakfast table unattended, every time we went up they cleared the table even taking my phone which I’d left to show it was occupied. Not clear that the pool isn’t included.
Room was lovely so were the staff willing to help with anything.
How cold the place was, I came on a Friday afternoon fine, and left Sunday morning with a full blown cold. My friend room, her room key stopped working even the housekeeper couldn't get it to work either.
Your restaurant menu is not that good, what you had on the lunch time menu we would have gladly had that for our evening meal. ...
Just nice
Bed mattress was a bit to soft
There was a vast variety of good available for breakfast. I had a cooked breakfast and it was lovely.
The location was perfect for where I wanted to visit and was extremely good value for money.
The room was gorgeous, sizeable and bed comfortable. Mine overlooked the gardens which were beautiful even in March and full of bird song.
Plenty of parking spaces available.
There were noisy people in the room next door who kept me awake past midnight. That's not the fault of the hotel though.
It was unfortunate that there was no internet connection, but again no fault of the hotel as it was a regional problem.
