WS Louvre - Casanova

lors de la réservation, je n'ai pas fait attention que l'hôtel est sans réception. c'était fatal pour moi.
En plus je n'ai pas pu entrer dans l'hôtel puisque l'hôtel ne m'envoyait les codes d'accès que à 15h46min bien que l'accès est disponible à partir de 15h. J'ai perdu presque 1 heure devant l'hôtel. Sinon la chambre est
très propre et cosy . Vous douvriez signaler Réception virtuelle sur la première page car il y des hotels professionnels avec réception.
C'était très mauvaise expérience.

Gemütliches Appartement gleich bei der Oper. Leider ist das Waschbecken im Badezimmer verstopft gewesen, weswegen das ganze Zimmer nach Kanalisation gerochen hat. Draußen ist es teilweise sehr schön, dann jedoch aber auch ziemlich dreckig und viele Baustellen

Die Zimmer Mädchen hat mich gestresst wegen trinkgeld und immer wieder nach trinkgeld gefragt.

Ich finde es sehr unhöflich wenn mach nach trinkgeld gefragt.
Ich weiß es selbst.
Sowas ist sehr peinlich.

Terrible place, it is very dirty and unsanitary, the photos are nothing like reality. The building is old and neglected, and in the room we got, you couldn’t even open a suitcase. The fans don’t cool and are full of dust that falls right on your face when you’re lying down.

Was rather difficult to find a there was very little signage

I recently stayed at WS Louvre – Casanova, on a girl’s trip to Paris. Three of us stayed comfortably, in one of their apartments which featured two sleeping areas (one room with a double & one room single), a small kitchenette and bathroom. The space was clean and comfortable. Location is great and very walkable to many of the key attractions.
As mentioned in other reviews sound is a bit of an issue. This is a high traffic area (both foot and car) and you can easily hear horns, cars, and even the conversations of those walking by outdoors. Not to mention the incredibly loud overhead fans, that did little to cool the apartment, so eventually we just left turned off.
These complaints were small though in the scheme of things, and the positives greatly outweighed. Check in was easy, and overall we were very happy with our stay. Would definitely book again for future trips to Paris.

Well situated but room was not ready at agreed time. Radiator lose from wall.

All good. Very nice located hotel at the shopping area. Very beautiful and comfortable place

Nice studio steps from place Vendôme

The room was as expected in terms of size. It was modern and had a handy little kitchen. The drawbacks were that the floor wasn't clean enough in my view and the kitchen bin was full of rubbish. I let the staff know by WhatsApp which was an easy process and the issues were resolved immediately. The windows are dirty and there is a lack of love given in general to the standard of the room which could have been so much better with just a little attention. Very reasonable rate for Paris though!

Congested rooms. Smelly Bathroom, Stayed for 3 nights but No Room services.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe an der Metro. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ideal. Es war sauber, der Service war super. Das einzige Problem war, dass es sehr fest aus dem Abfluss gestunken hat, also duschen war eher weniger angenehm. Jedoch war dies ein generelles Problem und nicht mangels Sauberkeit. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Good location but I was sleeping on a bed with a lot of dust because the fan above me was so dirty!

Great location, lovely room. Small but petfect for what we needed. Great communication. Only negative would be it was very hot in the room, the ceiling fan didn't really do much could benefit from air conditioning in the summer.

Would book again though

エアコンがないですが、天井に扇風機があり、暑さは我慢できるほどでした。扇風機の角度を変えたら大きな埃が落ちてきて驚きました。
二泊しましたがバスタオルの交換はなし。生乾きの匂いをかすかに感じるタオルで少々残念でした。
洗面所の排水口から上がってくる匂いがあり、やや不快。部屋の水道は問題ありませんでした。
電子レンジ、食器があったのは良かったです。
総合すればサービスは最低限という感じです。
ヴァンドーム広場近くという立地の良さはありますが、価格相応とは言えません。日本ならば格安ホテルほどの部屋、サービスだと思います。
フロントなし、無人ということで、宿泊前後に荷物を預けられず、近くのロッカーを借りざるを得ず、ロッカー代金15ユーロを2日分、また、宿泊直前に税金22ユーロの支払いの連絡が来て、合計すると32ユーロも出費があり、かなり高額の宿泊となりました。
キャンセルも考えましたが、返金されないことになっており、あきらめて宿泊した次第です。もう少し他のホテルと比較して予約すると良かったです。
場所は良い！

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are new and beautifully laid out. No ac but a great fan above the bed and multiple windows for air circulation, so even in the summer it was totally fine. Only complaint is there was a weird smell in the shower but overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Area is also very convenient with lots of cafes and restaurants around, and the metro is a short walk away.
