Pros:

Przecudowne miejsce, właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni. Lokalizacja super, wszędzie blisko a na miejscu można jeszcze dodatkowo pojeździć rowerami i zwiedzić okolice. Śniadania smaczne, dzień wcześniej trzeba wybrać co chce się zjeść - szanuje podejście żeby nie marnować jedzenia. Bardzo polecamy!

Todo, desde el personal (encantadores todos) hasta la ubicación, las instalaciones y las vistas desde la azotea. El desayuno además era increíble y el poder usar las bicicletas, un plus!

Pros:

Good location - it's 15 mins away to get to Hoa Lu and 5 mins to Tam Coc :) Mua Cave is near by as well.
Great staff. Don't hesitate to contact them to ask for any information, very friendly and helpful

Einfach hervorragend
Pros:

Das Homestay Hotel war überragend. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren riesig und sehr sauber. Sowohl beim Zimmerservice als auch beim Essen gab es ein nachhaltiges Konzept. Zimmer werden auf Wunsch gereinigt und das Frühstück musste man vorbestellen um zu vermeiden, dass zu viel weg geschmissen wird.
Die Lage ist auch Top. ca. 5-10 Fußweg in die Stadtmitte. Fahrräder werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.

Gutes preiswertes und sauberes Hotel, das jederzeit Hilfe und Tipps für alles mögliche gibt.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, alles war sauber, die Betten waren fest Sonjas sie gut schlafen konnten. Auch die Lage war sehr gut, wir konnten zu Fuß die Straße entlang gehen und sind n wenigen Minuten im Zentrum.

Completely blown away! The property is tucked in a tranquil spot, making it incredibly quiet for a deep night's sleep, yet you can literally walk to the boat pier, street food markets, and cafes in just a few minutes. From the stunning mountain-view balcony to the lovely outdoor pool for the kids, every detail exceeded our expectations. Outstanding value for money compared to other stays in the area!

Pros:

Excellent place to stay while exploring the Ninh Binh area. Just on the edge of Tam Coc town which makes for a great launching spot to borrow one of the bicycles and explore the beautiful hills and scenery but is still just a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Dan was superb at offering suggestions about what to do and can help make all the necessary arrangements if you'd like as well.

The accomodation is very well located in Tam Coc very close to some amazing scenery and within an easy grab ride to the major attractions. Rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful in organising local activities and attactions
