Totalmente recomendable!
Pros:

Todo. Está cerca del centro pero sin estar en todo el bullicio de tiendas y restaurantes. Te ayudan en todo lo que pueden y son muy amables. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento.

Pros:

From the very first minute till the last one and even afterwards the host and his family takes care of you with outstanding service. The villa and our apartment were perfect and all attractions are easy to reach.
Spending some days in Ninh Binh is a must, it was a good start in Vietnam for us and Sana Villa was the perfect choice!

Pros:

We liked everything about this hotel, Dan and his wife were super helpful and always were attentive if we needed anything.

Highly recommend for anyone who stays at tam coc, it’s also 5 minutes walk to the center of the town.

Pros:

Such great hosts. Welcomed us warmly, gave lots of recommendations, helped with taxis. Room very comfortable, location amazing. Children used the bikes and loved it. Highly recommended.

Cons:

They recommended The Family Restaurant for us to eat dinner - food was bad.

Also this is a 3 star hotel and it is a good 3 star but I couldn't help but notice that it couod easily be a 4 star if the owners did a few things that I don't think will cost too much.

Super fijn verblijf! Het ontbijt was goed, het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en hielp ons met alles. De kamer was alles dat we nodig hadden en het zwembad en de pooltafel waren top!

Pros:

Sana Villa ist ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Zimmer war schön, modern und geräumig. Die Lage ist optimal, man ist zu Fuß schnell an Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäften und auch bei der Bich Dong Pagode und trotzdem ist es im Zimmer schön ruhig. Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen.

Pros:

It was the best place we stayed during our entire trip to Vietnam. A very nice room with a beautiful view. My husband rode a bicycle every morning, which can be rented at the hotel. After a long walk, you can swim in the pool. It is very well located.

Friendly hosts, great location, good room
Pros:

Amy and Dan are very friendly, the house was clean, and the location quite nice. Being able to use the bikes for free is great as well. The breakfast was good yet only available from 7:00am to 9:15am. Additional towels for using the pool are provided as well and there also is a pool table. It's kinda worn out though. They conveniently offer a tour around some sightseeing spots, although booking at a tour company directly is cheaper. The laundry service is great as well.

Cons:

The room we had wasn't isolated well. It only stayed cool for a couple minutes once the AC got turned off (even after extended cooling periods). This made balancing sleep and cooling the room a bit of a hassle. The bathroom sometimes had a very unpleasent smell as well. We had to keep the window blinds down to have some privacy otherwise people could see us from the pool or street while sitting in the toilet or showering.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Our stay in Tam Coc was made extra special because of our host Dan. He assisted with transportation, tours and helpful insights about the area. He cares deeply about his guests and greeted us with warmth and compassion. Our room was large and clean and restaurants were located nearby.
