Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The facilities were excellent, and the spa area was also very nice and relaxing. Overall, this hotel provides a quiet escape from the busy and noisy areas of the city. There's a lot of greenery as well. The breakfast, the desserts, and the food were also of high quality. Overall, this is an excellent experience for families and couples.

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et très très attentionné.
La piscine est vraiment bien.

Cons:

mais il manque clairement de formation, car le service n’est pas à la hauteur.
Le balcon est immense, mais toute est sale et il y a pas de chaise ni de table pour en profiter DOMMAGE
Plus choquant j’ai surpris la femme de ménage qui rincer les verre a café de la chambre dans les toilettes, sans savon!!! Chose que j’ai plus toucher!

Le ménage dans les chambres était approximatif/ la chasse d eau ne fonctionne pas/ une odeur de canalisation qui remonte/ joints salle de bain sales/ petit dej moyen/ personnel à l accueil antipathique/ musique pendant les nuits

Pros:

Ubytování je krásné a moderní. Pokoje jsou prostorné a náš pokoj měl i krásnou terasu. V prostoru hotelu jsou nádherné květiny a bazén je krásný. Nikdy nebylo moc lidí u bazénu, takže jste se nemuseli mačkat. Restaurace Mare je úžasná na snídani - je zde hodně variant a každý den je to malinko obměněno.

Cons:

Občas jsme si všímali drobných flíčků na povlečení nebo jinde po pokoji. Také na ubrusech v restaurace Mare byli často na snídani fleky (+ personál restaurace je neschopný, byli jsme zde na večeři 2x a stačilo)

The rooftop view. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Was unable to book spa treatments. My room had ants in the bed area and in the bathroom. The restaurant food was okay but lacked flavour. Was unable to have ice cream by the poolside as there was none available. Had to send our clothes to reception to be ironed as an iron wasn't available in our room, which is okay but the iron service closes at specific times and is not available 24/7, I had to wear my clothes crushed to the airport as my flight was in the morning and the iron service was closed. Had to use lek cash to pay for small items.

Disappointing
Cons:

No aircon, no pool open, location on road with big lorries coming past all day and night. Walk into town passed really smelly bins and muddy road.

Ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub
Pros:

Wirklich alles. Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat reibungslos funktioniert. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Auch die einheimischen. Zimmer war sehr schön, modern und sauber. Täglich wurde gewischt. Täglich frische Handtücher. Essen war ein Traum.
Lage perfekt. Das Meer war auf der anderen Straßenseite keine 100 Meter entfernt

Good high-end hotel providing a very relaxing stay
Pros:

Friendly, attentive staff. Breakfast was good. The view from the restaurant balcony was good and very relaxing while enjoying a meal.

Cons:

The use of the gym was expensive. Also, the overall cost of the stay was high and for that I would expect a little bit more, such as complementary gym use.
