good location, nice view, comfortable parking in the underground, walking distance to couple of nice places

Cons:

apartment is not super well taken care - main door lock having some issues being broken, balcony door i caouls not lock, issue to regulate warm water (either cold or hot)

The city view from the 10th floor is spectacular!
Pros:

The best part about the accommodation was the spectacular view of the city from the tenth floor. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors made the space feel expansive and the twinkle of the lights at night were mesmerizing. The location is decent and within a reasonable walking distance from a wide variety of cafes and restaurants which I enjoyed throughout my stay.

Cons:

While overall industrial design of the building and interior provide a spacious feeling, the apartment itself is showing signs of wear where little things like toilet seats need some minor maintenance and upgrades.

Although it may have been state of the art at the time, the space features a TV projector mounted to the ceiling and retractable screen didn't permit me to plug my laptop into it so I can watch my streaming services. Upgrading to a modern flat screen TV would vastly improve the entertainment capabilities of the apartment..

With regards to bedding, it was a bit on the firm side for my liking. However, the bed pillows more closely resembled lumpy mashed potatoes and should have been tossed out and replaced some time ago. Additionally, there needs to be more than 2 pillows for a king sized bed. These, of course, are relatively minor, but did impact the quality of my week long stay.

Lastly and perhaps most importantly: DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING OF WEIGHT ON EITHER END OF THE DINING ROOM TABLE! It's a very poorly designed table with an inadequately designed base - it is far too narrow and is not weighted properly given the wide design of the table top. I placed a camera bag on one end when I arrived and the entire table and bag went crashing to the floor - fortunately my bag was very protected and nothing broke.

There's a reason why the arm chairs around the table are tucked under the ends - to provide necessary support so it doesn't topple over. I fail to understand why anyone would ever put such an unstable piece of furniture in their home.
