The room had mould on the ceiling and looked like it had a roof leak and yellow stains. Room was very small. Head room was poor as it was a attic room. The electric shower had no power hard to get a shower was very difficult. The shower cubicle was very small. Could hear the flat mates next door they were very loud. Overall very poor.

Niestety pobyt nie byl dla mnie pozytywny. Pierwszego dnia nie dzialal prysznic, drugiego byla lodowata woda więc 2/3 pobytu mylem się w umywalce. Dodatkowo w Łazience są dodatkowe zamknięte drzwi do sąsiedniego pokoju i wszystko slychać co kto robi w pokoju i relatywnie co Ty robisz w lazience. Jest to mega duży dyskomfort. Łóżko jest niewygodne i czuć sprężyny. Przy pytaniu o możliwość wcześniejszego przyjazdu zaproponowali doplatę 15 funtów za godzinę. Oczywiście po powrocie namawianie na danie 10/10 Niestety tutaj jest slabe 5/10 ( strasznie niebezpieczne schody do pokoju i nieszczelne drzwi sprawiają, że jest duży dyskomfort podczas pobytu. Drugi raz wybiorę zdecydowanie hotel

A bit noisy when another room was occupied next door as their bathroom was attached to our room through a locked door so we could hear everything...

Bed in room AA is under a low beam, so if you have two people sharing one of you is more or less guaranteed to get a concussion
No soap in bathroom so you have to take it from your room every time you go
Strict rules feel unwelcoming, e.g. any belongings left in common areas at any time may be thrown away
Automated messages tried to guilt-trip me into leaving a higher rated review than I really wanted
I was unsettled by the requirement to pay a deposit on a card, when Booking.com strongly encourages you not to click any third party payment links. (It was fine in the end, the deposit was not claimed.)

The online check in process was easy enough but a bit drawn out with having to prove I'D etc.

We were only issued one loo role to keep in our room as there was non in the bathroom so I suggest take your own as well as your own toiletries.

All in all a great two nights though.

Shower didn't work properly and only had cold water.

The shower curtain was undeniably disgusting, clearly never cleaned or changed out.

The beam across the crawling is super dangerous. One side of the bed is directly under it so the design of the room is poor. I cannot express the amount of times we hit ourselves on it.

And the constant messages from the host was quite annoying.
