Pros:

Room was basic and good for day or two stay. Location wise it was in residential locality.

Cons:

Miscommunication leading to harassment from hotelier. FabXpress branding was not visible in the hotel..Poor training to reception team. Their demand for a extra charges for late check-out went to extreme mishandling of guests/customers.

Pros:

AC was good. Except this all were poor.

Cons:

Bed sheets were not clean. Toilets were horrible.
Staffs weren't that much cooperative. Water in the bathroom were not at all use able.
When asked for change in bedsheet, the reply was tat there is no other bedsheets available and can't change it. Very horrible experience of stay.

Pros:

There is nothing to like about the hotel

Cons:

Hotel is not at all hygienic. Very bad service. AC was not working. They didn't change the room or AC even after telling them several times. Blanket were stained with blood. Sheets were dirty. They did not even give toiletries. Very bad experience.
