No wifi alot of cockroach no washer but said there was one

I termini di vendita erano sbagliati, era segnata la disponibilità di una lavatrice, mentre quando siamo arrivati c'era solo la predisposizione ad averla, ma niente lavatrice.
Abbiamo dovuto spendere di tasca nostra in tintoria nonostante avessimo preso l'appartamento anche perché era possibile fare la lavatrice.
Il locale era infestato da scarafaggi sia di piccola misura che di grande taglia, non si sono neppure offerti di cambiarci di appartamento o di risolvere in qualche modo, hanno risolto dicendo che lo faranno sapere al proprietario.
Pessimo rapporto proprietario cliente.
I servizi erano inesistenti, era segnato anche la disponibilità di sapone shampoo e bagno doccia, ma i contenitori erano vuoti.
Gli asciugamani erano sporchi e macchiati da altre persone e odoravano di vecchio, abbiamo usato il nostro da mare.
L'armadio in camera da letto è rotto e sembra che nessuno se ne curi.
Ogni volta che usavamo qualcosa bisognava rilavare tutto da cima a fondo per via degli scarafaggi.

The unit has a leak in the bathroom so smell moldy sometimes . We had to clean the floor all the time to keep it dry. No washer/dryer this particular unit so we spent a lot for laundry although they offer to refund. The linens look filthy even if we laundry. I always bring a set of bedsheet and throw if I booked condo or Air BNB so we used it. I bought towels because there were only 2 towels available and we were 3pax in the booking. Christian brought me extra when I asked him.
With the price I expect more. The pic looks good but in actuality I did not expect it that way. The unit needs an update. I hope expedia can tell you what floor the unit because we got second floor that's close to the garbage room and it smells sometimes . With hotel, you can ask to move you but I guess with condo you can get whatever and you are going to suck it up.

Air conditioner in bedroom worked great, but the air conditioner in the main part of condo would leak water while working and leak down onto the couch and floor.

Bed is a bit to the room

The room was engineered wrong for it's compact sizee. There was no soundproofing, you could almost hear the residents in adjacent rooms breathing.

Have to pay to use pool.

We wish there was an extra stoll sa dining. We have a kid kasi and she's eating by herself na. Other that than there is nothing that we dislike in this property
