Décevant, vétuste, rapport qualité prix peu satisfaisant

Le petit déjeuner correct à condition d'arriver assez tôt

Cons:

Le manque de propreté. Établissement.négligé et chambre assez sale. Taches sur la moquette du couloir, mitigeur couverts de traces, doubles rideaux froissés , pas de gobelet pour se laver les dents dans la salle de bain. Première chambre prise sur place à la réception a 82 euros alors qu'
elle était à 53 sur Booking..Même en ajoutant les taxes, le compte n' y est pas. Double vitrage inefficace qui laisse passer les bruits de la rue. Au moment du paiement ,4 euros supplémentaires si on règle par carte, seul le cash permet de respecter le tarif Booking. Personnel assez peu sympathique à l' exception de M Faiçal, courtois et charmant. En conclusion, établissement vétuste et assez mal entretenu, même si la literie était impeccable, il faut e reconnaître. Nous n' y sommes pas revenus, on trouve mieux pour le prix tout autour .

I won’t stay anywhere else in Hamra. Great value

Convenient and clean
Pros:

Upgraded to a suite on arrival. Big comfortable room. Kettle and tea/coffee in the room. New modern bathroom. Huge bed. Great lighting.

Cons:

Nowhere convenient to plug in the kettle. Had to sit the whole apparatus on the floor across the room.
