Beautiful, very clean hotel with friendly and professional staff.

10/10!!! Nothing fancy but definitely a nice hotel. The rooms were clean & sanitary, staff was amazing and very very helpful! Pool was very nice & kept warm no matter the time. Staff allowed us to swim after 10pm. Coffee taste great. Very close to the malecon for a nice walk & food options. Overall, this was a nice stay, I can definitely see myself coming back. My husband & I came for a weekend getaway and it was everything we wanted & could expect!! 10/10!!!

The property was very clean and beautifully decorated, and everyone that worked there was very helpful and accommodating :) The location was great, right next to the ocean and on the same block as a really amazing restaurant, Villar Hermanos. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe during my stay and while walking around the neighborhood. Would most definitely stay again!!

Breakfast sucks, there's no kitchen to begin with.

Las atenciones fueron muy buenas, la habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios y las areas comunes y la piscina es una belleza, me encantó.

Staff was friendly and used Google Translate to communicate with me as my Spanish is limited. The location is cozy if you prefer a quaint , eclectic, homey environment. The patio ,pool and garden area is lovely.
I will definitely be back♥️

Bien situe a proximite de la corniche et des grands hotels. Boutique hotel avec magnifique jardin, piscine et jacuzzi. Chambre studio deluxe tres spacieuse, propre, bien equipee, belle salle de bain.
Petit dejeuner a ameliore, manque beurre et confiture. WiFi ne fonctionne pas toujours tres bien. Bon rapport qualite prix.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotelito Bonito! The location couldn’t be more convenient—perfect for exploring the historic charm of Santo Domingo. The outdoor hangout area was such a vibe—relaxing, colorful, and a great spot to unwind after a day out. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The whole place was beautiful and full of character. We wound definitely stay here again!

location is good and safe. Property was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the coziness and its friendly staff. The hotel felt more like visiting a family member which I enjoyed. Josefina and the staff was friendly and always helpful. Facilities were very clean. There are restaurants (local) and the Malecon is only one block away.
