L'hotel è posizionato in cima ad una collina. C'è una navetta che porta in centro, se la perdi c'è da camminare 15 minuti e al ritorno è tutta in salita 😀

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr vielfältiges Frühstück. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt. Man erreicht nach ca. 25 min zu Fuß den Strand, das Zentrum vom Ort, wo sich sehr viele schöne Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden.

Excelente hotel. Superó gratamente mis expectativas. A destacar el trato y la amabilidad del personal del buffet. Está en una zona muy tranquila, a 5 minutos en coche del Puerto de la Cruz

Bonne expérience, séjour plaisant et agréable
Pros:

L'accueil du personnel, la grande piscine, le calme de l'hôtel, la variété du petit-déjeuner, le balcon et la vue depuis la chambre, les navettes gratuites pour rejoindre le centre de Puerto de la Cruz, très appréciable.
Nous avons aussi apprécié le dispositif sanitaire (gel désinfectant) à l'entrée du restaurant et dans différents endroits de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Literie un peu trop ferme à notre goût, mais ça reste subjectif.
La salle de bains mériterait un petit rafraichissement (dalles de faux plafond pas très joli pour un hôtel noté 4*).

La Habitación y sus servicios, el desayuno, la piscina y su jardín pero sobre todo la atención del personal. Fue es excepcional en cada momento, se agradece un servicio con tanta amabilidad, tanto del Personal de recepción, limpieza, desayuno, piscina, etc.

Muy recomendable para estar tranquilo y descansar.
Pros:

La habitación era amplia, cómoda y limpia, con buenas vistas hacia la piscina. El desayuno variado y abundante. La piscina tranquila, amplia y limpia. El trato de todo el personal, inmejorable.
Las zonas comunes y la animación muy agradables.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no se regulaba correctamente. Se encendía y apagaba automáticamente sin tocarlo.
Los horarios de comidas están más adaptados a los huéspedes extranjeros, ya que no se puede cenar después de las 21.00 h.
La habitación debería tener mejor iluminación.
