Perfect property and location.
Pros:

Perfect location. Studio was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable.

Cons:

The motion sensors for the lights were a bit annoying, especially when in the bath and all went dark.

The location is fantastic and the properties sparkling very clean lovely place

I liked everything about the property. It was lovely other people should book this if they’re coming to Whitby. It’s a beautiful place well presented.

Good location and excellent room.
Pros:

Location was good. Room was very clean and tidy.

Cons:

The fish & chips shop had a delivery in the morning which woke me up. Then the window cleaner arrived which was quite loud.

Pros:

Great location with a wonderful view of the harbour. The room was clean, luxurious and smelled wonderful. We read the previous reviews before arriving and brought ear plugs and eye masks as people had mentioned the fire exit light and noise from next door. Slept like a baby. Staff were friendly when we arrived and helped us check in. There were facilities for tea and coffee in the room however we didn't use them as we'd planned to grab breakfast once we checked out. Overall, a hidden gem.

Pros:

Thr smell of the room on arrival was lovely and the whole decor was spot on for the room size.
The bathroom again was lovely and I do love a bath with no taps ro relax in.
Lovely location and a lovely view of the harbour and abbey. Will definitely use again.
