O banheiro fica do lado de fora e não tem opção de tomar banho. é o banheiro do aeroporto mesmo.

К самому отелю вопросов нет, но прмбыв в полночь не нашли где поужинать, так как рестораны в этой части аэропорта уже были закрыты. Нашли палатку на первом этаже которая работала, там купили перекус.

It would be nicer if each pod had a toilet and small shower set up in the room. I stayed in one at Heathrow in London that did have a shower and toilet in the room.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel and feel strongly that other travelers need to be warned.

This hotel is located inside the airport, but the instructions about its location were unclear and misleading — especially regarding whether it is before or after immigration, which can depend on whether you are travelling to or from Vietnam. This makes clear guidance absolutely essential for international and transit passengers.

Because of the lack of proper explanation, we entered the immigration zone while transferring between terminals, believing this was the correct process for our journey. Only afterwards did we discover that the hotel was located in an area we could no longer access. Once you pass immigration, you cannot return, which made it impossible for us to use the hotel we had already paid for.

What made this even worse is that I was travelling with a child. Instead of having a place to rest during a long and tiring journey, we were left exhausted, stressed, and with no support.

We contacted the hotel immediately and asked for at least a partial refund. They refused any refund and insisted that “detailed instructions were provided,” which is not true. They offered that I could use their service within the next six months, but this solution is not realistic for me as I have no plans to travel to or through Vietnam in the near future.

Booking.com representatives tried several times to contact the hotel directly to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, the hotel did not cooperate and refused to acknowledge that their information was misleading.

As a result, I lost money, lost the opportunity to rest, and had to manage a very difficult situation with a tired child.

This situation could have been easily avoided if the hotel had clearly explained that access depends on the travel route. Unfortunately, that clarity was missing, and the hotel showed no goodwill when the consequences of this confusion affected the customer.
