The public hot-spring bath is available between 05:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 01:00. On Tuesday and Wednesday, it is available from 05:00 to 10:00 and from 14:00 to 01:00.

Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.

Guests with children must inform the property at the time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying with the guest and their respective ages. Please note that additional charges may apply.

Renovation work will be done from 1 February 2024 to 20 March 2024. The public bath, Open-air bath, and Hot spring bath will be under renovation.

Probably would not stay here again.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Many, many Chinese. Apparently hanging the make up the room sign on the door handle only gets you new towels and trash removal. Staff said to place the make up room sign on the bed for linen change. Doesn’t make any sense. Hotel is tired and in need of renovation.

Pros:

The in room Onsen and the public Onsen both very nice. Swimming pool is fun for the kid, but you have to pay extra to enjoy the facilities

Cons:

Extra cost to use the facilities
Location is not convenient 40 min to the station and outlet. Shuttle bus is not operating often enough. Last bus to hotel is 4:20 if you miss it you will have to arrange your own transport, which is taxi for over ¥10,000 yen
Staff not friendly and welcoming at all
No choice but to have their over cost buffet dinner, with not even up to standard meals

Pros:

お値段も格安なのに朝昼のバイキングの料理も豊富で良かった。ツインの部屋の7階でしたが、とても広くおしゃれだった。

Cons:

別館だったので風呂場まで遠く、面倒になり朝行くのを諦めた。　小さくても別館の方に温泉♨️があれば最高だった。

Pros:

お部屋に露天風呂付きで快適に過ごせました。
夕食も朝食もすごく美味しかったです!!

Cons:

チェックインする時に長蛇の列で30分位並んでやっとチェックイン出来ました。
三連休の中日ということもあったり、混むのは仕方ないことなんですが事前にメールとかでチェックインの手続きなどが出来ればもっと並ばずにスムーズにいけたのではと思いました。

お部屋にゆとりがありお風呂が大きく伸び伸びしました、屋上テラスが良かったです

Cons:

2泊しましたが、二日目の使ったコップなどは明らかに洗い物なのにそのままでしたので新しいコップに替えてほしかったです
部屋に初めて入った時、既に窓が開いていました、窓は開けないでと書いてありましたよ
ホテル全体が難しい構図で駐車場からフロントにもスムーズに行けませんでした
ホテルの支配人？目配せも良く、ホテル外の散歩中にも挨拶してくれました

Great stay with some places for improvement.
Pros:

I really liked the location of the hotel, it was easy to get to and despite being in the mountains, there were many amenities and local places to visit. The rooms were more than spacious and the beds were quite comfortable to say in. For the price we paid for, we really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet, which were the highlights of the hotel. The buffet had a good selection of food to choose from. I especially liked the dinner buffet with its unlimited crab legs, which was the star of the meal. Aside from the meals, the onsen was a nice way to cap off the night or start the mornings, the temperature was just right.

Cons:

It was a surprise to us that despite the website handling all our bookings, there was still an up-sell for the use of the swimming pool. This was something that was not mentioned when booking on the website and was one of the main draws as to why we wanted to stay in the first place. Maybe include this already in the price instead of it being an add-on. The wifi was also not an ideal thing, as it either kept dropping or was extremely slow, quite surprising especially since mobile data was faster. Lastly, the water pressure in the toilets left much to be desired.
