Excellent stay! Do not look for an alternative!
Pros:

Where can I start? I liked everything. The staff is extremely accommodating. My daughter's luggage did not arrive on time and the transfer driver sorted everything out the next day and brought the luggage to us. All the staff is very kind, with a big smile and doing their best. The breakfast and the dinner are very good, They taste like home food. We booked half board; there was also cakes and pastry service with tea and coffee at 4:30 pm. There is free tea and coffee all day long. Their spa service is also very good, Indonesian ladies provide lovely massage. Rooms are bright, clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms are new. The ski room is very well equipped and the instructors are very good. It is a family hotel, we were there as three ladies (my daughters and I) and felt very comfortable.

Pros:

Location is great for ski in and out
The food was nice, especially at dinner and the free tea was a nice touch.
The rooms are well decorated and spacious

Cons:

The hotel has such potential but everything feels half way there. The hammam was never hot and many spa rooms smelt of plaster; cutlery was always half present; rental skis are all too short for tall people and cost over three times the normal price for Turkish ski resorts; bathrooms have bad plastering. In essence, far too many things are not quality and they should be given you are paying €100 per person per night!
