MARGOT!!! She’s the best. The location was wonderful! Easy walking access to the beach and all nearby restaurants. Beach chair and umbrellas provided by resort. Also, wagons provided for each unit to help wheel all your stuff to and from the beach.
The 3 bedroom townhouse was a little outdated and felt old. I hope they get renovated soon! At least we didn’t stay in the room the whole time because the beaches were too beautiful to stay indoors!

Les matelas était extrêmement mou, les couteaux ne coupait pas, les poêles (frying pan) collait. L’aménagement paysager manquait d’amour.
Super friendly staff, we had a big villa with everything we needed. Grace Bay beach is 5 minutes away, they provide beach lounges, umbrellas and even a cooler to bring your drinks to the beach! The location is great, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, shops and a supermarket at a 10 min walk. The thing that we liked to most though was their garden, which looks like heaven! Lots of coconut trees and flowers, it is very serene and relaxing to drink your coffee on the patio with such a view.
Only one thing to keep in mind, they don’t provide bathroom amenties, so bring your own shampoo/shower gel, because you will only find soap there.
The beads were really squeaky and the mattresses too soft for our taste.
The property was beautiful, clean and well maintained! The staff is friendly and the location is great. Definitely would recommend this place!

Very well situated location right in centre of Grace Bay. Staff was incredibly friendly and kind and helpful. Fixed any problems we had instantly. Location is beautifully set out, pool is nice, lots of amenities. Felt like we were in our own tropical paradise. Close walk to the beach where chairs were available. Lots of parking for your vehicle. Would highly recommend this place.
A few of the kitchen items were old and could no be used, but were instantly changed when we asked. Sadly, and no fault of the resort, but there was no recycling options.
Location was amazing! Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and some really great bars and restaurants. Staff were all super helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, gated, spacious, amazing staff and owners. I was solo traveling and had an issue with the car I was renting in the owner helped me. It made me feel like someone was there for me. Not only that but the place was lovely and in a great location. Very spacious, cute, and had everything I needed, plates, silverware, coffee pot, even coffee and sugar! All I had to buy was some food. I loved having a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again, 100%. Oh yes, and having beach access nearby with beds for free, and umbrellas to borrow and just ask the guy to put it in for a few bucks was great. Coolers and chairs for beach hopping too. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful place to stay, especially if it’s your first time in TCI.
The only thing I would change is placing it directly ocean front.
Location was perfect and the accommodation was airy and clean. The staff were very helpful. Towels were replaced daily. Use of beach sun beds was a great asset plus the loan of chairs, umbrella and ice box. Really useful and helped make our trips out comfortable.
The pool area and the grounds were very’tired’. The seating around the pool was shabby. There was lots of dog faeces , from the owner’s dog, outside the front door of our apartment that we had to report. Also the grounds needed a good tidy up of broken furniture and weeds.

Terrible practice of “dynamic” pricing with up to $700 overcharge for our stay.
It was a great location! Short walk to the beach where they provided chairs for you. It was also close to the stores, restaurants and a grocery store.
The rooms need black out shades the sun woke us up at 6:30am every morning beaming in through the blinds.
