The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure.

Cons:

The furniture was torn to shreds (see photo). The tv did not work ( no remote). The ice machine did not work. I dragged my luggage upstairs when I saw the elevator safety certificate was two years expired.

Pros:

Wasn't perfect, but staff was wiling to make right everything important to me. Turned out to be a nice stay. Good security in the halls and lot.

Cons:

Started out a little rough. The A/C wasn't cooling in my room and the carpets were stained a little. They gave me a different room. It was good. Had a little problem with the bathroom floor needing a cleaning. They came in as soon as I brought it to their attention, and made it right.
