Wir sind sehr glücklich dieses 14 Place Sukumvit Suites gefunden zu haben. Sehr gepflegtes Haus in allem! Tolle Zimmer. Einwandfreie Betten Dusche mit tollem Wasserdruck. Waren ohne Auto da aber es hätte noch Parkplätze und das Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat ein schönes sauberes Swimming Pool mit Badetücher und Sonnenliegen. Alles in allem eine Reise wert!

The location is great. It is super close to BTS station and the mall. The room is good for family and the stuffs are nice.

Location was good, by the train station. Rooms were very spacious.
Not much to dislike. Very noisy next to a busy but then it’s a busy city.
Location and amenities in the room. Bed was on the harder side but comfortable enough. Nice balcony and very nice with a washing machine.
1: The pool was out of service. We found out about it only because I asked about the pool upon check-in. I was told the pool was expected to be out of service during my entire stay. And sure enough it was. That really affected my stay, because I specifically booked a hotel with pool, to able to cool off and for my morning swim. I asked the staff for discount or if they could offer me anything to compensate me. The answer was strictly no. You have to inform your guests about such a important thing before arrival.
2. There’s quite a hefty price list in the kitchen area in case you would brake anything, with disproportionately high prices compared to the value of the items. It makes you almost walk on eggshells and feel nervous because you really don’t wanna break anything.
After I once again complained and asked for compensation (still the answer was no) and telling the staff that it seems like they really don’t care about their guests, they eventually offered me discount for my next stay (how much discount is unkown) but there won’t be a next time.
The problem is not the closing of the pool itself, but how the staff handled the situation and totally unwilling to do anything to compensate for it. The price we pay for the room includes the use of the pool. If the pool is closed, the guest should pay less or be compensated in another way. Period.
Make sure the pool is working prior to your arrival.
