The beds were comfortable. The employees were nice.

Cons:

The windows in the room didn't open, so it felt claustrophobic. They only cleaned the room/brought fresh towels, etc every other day. The shampoo and shower gel wasn't refilled. The A/C didn't turn on at night. The breakfast foods were mediocre. The fan in the bathroom couldn't be turned off at night. People were smoking around the pool in the evenings, so we couldn't use it.

Lovely stay in Cottonwood!
Pros:

The location was great in Cottonwood, near Clarkdale and Jerome. Very spacious room with refrigerator and microwave. Lots of parking. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. We had a very nice stay here.

Cons:

Only 1 chair in room at table for two people.

All good would stay here again but ratchet the thermostat down and sleep with less cover

For some reason even though the thermostat was set at 66 my wife and I were hot all night

Great service, friendly staff. The staff at breakfast were fantastic. I definitely recommend this location. The town and area surrounding here is beautiful with great history.

Great quality hotel at a good price for the area.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, but more gluten free and dairy free options would be great. The room was very nice and everything was super clean. The gym was nice.

Cons:

The bed was hard and the pillows were uncomfortable.
