Great area and apartment but slow response time from owner
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay in Los Angeles, especially because the place was located in Koreatown. The location was very convenient, as it was close to downtown and easily accessible thanks to the nearby metro system. Getting around the city was simple and efficient. The apartment itself had great amenities, including an oven, stove, washing machine, and reliable Wi-Fi, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. Overall, it was a great combination of a central location and well-equipped accommodation.

Cons:

One of the toilets at the apartment didn’t have a working which I messaged the owner about and they said it would be fixed but never got fixed within my stay there.

Would recommend, excellent value for money
Pros:

Very spacious for a family of five ….location was perfect for all the famous sites, we could see the hollywood sign from our window !

Passable
Pros:

The unit was clean, nice. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I was not able to get in and out of the building freely. The property manager was very rude. I had to complain about the key fob not working from the first day. Also, the code for the lock box was incorrect in my email for check in. The property manager was not available. They do not live on site. Once I was able to enter into the unit after 2hrs of being locked out, and starting to rest. There was a " fire" in another unit and we had to evacuate the property. property manager accused me of " misplacing" a lock box that was located in the front of the building in public. Thus trying to charge me $300. The unit itself was very nice. The property is in Korea town. Downtown LA. There is no parking on the street except for 1hour at a time. No guarantee of garage parking, even though the property itself HAS a garage for parking. The property manager made me feel as if I was not telling the truth about the key fob not working. Once I complained ( several times) I feel they tried to retaliate by saying I stole the lock box. I was the one that informed the property that the box was missing. I had to call for my check out instructions. They were never emailed to me.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location was convenient as it was walking distance to places in Koreatown. Wasn't too far from Universal which is where we went to visit as well as other places of interest. Climate control is great in the apartment guaranteeing that it is a comfortable temperature.

Cons:

It was not cleaned when we got there and it was not refilled with any necessities like toilet paper and hand soap. The bedsheets were still not changed from the previous tenant and there were used towels left around the apartment. We did get it resolved eventually with the staff being helpful but it did take multiple follow ups to get everything we needed and the cleaning person came by to clean while we were there. They did a great job cleaning just wish all of this was done before we got there.
