The staff are really professional and view is amazing.
Menu was too complicated and lack of variety .
The hotel is in a peaceful & secluded location. Every turn is a different beautiful view. We stayed for 4 nights, we left feeling relaxed & rested. The breakfasts & dinners were great. Attention to a specific dietary requirements was good. Great selection of local wines & cava.
Staff are friendly, welcoming & want to make your stay relaxing & special.
Our room had beautiful views across the valley & mountains. Our initial room did not, the floor to ceiling windows mostly showed close up trees. We asked to move & that request was accommodated.
Spa is small but well appointed, make sure you book your session to not miss out.
Free parking & close to a very cute town with lovely bars, shops & restaurants.
Really minor things, but I guess if the hotel wants to increase star ratings, there are things to improve on. Service was inconsistent at times. At breakfast sometimes we were told what was served to us, then other staff just put down the platter & said enjoy. All staff were polite, but inconsistent on the details. When one member of staff is so key on the details, when others are not, it is more noticeable. It didn’t take away from a great experience though.
Not all rooms have floor to ceiling views, some are heavily surrounded by trees. When we asked to move rooms (as we had booked primarily on the back of promotional photos of floor to ceiling views of the mountains & our initial room was views of trees). It’s important to note that our request was helpfully accommodated.

The location, the views, the concept and the spa
Food experience outdated; pool cannot be enjoyed in colder months as there is not a common area climatized pool or jacuzzi. Some elements in the room didn’t match the modern and eco type vibe
