Brilliant concept and great experience. Very calm and special place. Bedroom can be improved.
Pros:

Stunning pool areas and restaurant. Pool service was great and the area is gorgeous. I felt immediately calm on arrival.

Cons:

Check in experience was underwhelming, the bedroom and bathroom lacked attention to detail and items needed fixing (door, blinds).

El entorno

Cons:

Las habitaciones son excesivamente ruidosas. En nuestra primera noche al ruido del aire acondicionado se le sumó el del motor de la piscina que cada media hora expulsaba aire y hacía un ruido similar a cuando tiran de la cadena. Además uno de los enchufes hacía ruidos de estática, supongo que tenía algún contacto, provocando que las luces se encendieran solas. Para nuestra segunda noche, ya en otra habitación, nos tocó sufrir el ruido de las rejillas del aire acondicionado, debido a las vibraciones del motor. En cuanto al apartado limpieza, además de chorretones varios por las paredes, el sofá estaba lleno de lamparones; les dejo unas fotos de muestra.
Además todo muy viejo. No se puede pagar el dineral que piden para tener unas prestaciones tan malas.
No se corresponden la relación Calidad-Precio.

Lieu exceptionnel dans un havre de paix
Pros:

Comme chaque année (7 ans déjà)endroit idyllique,havre de paix par excellence.Chambre soignée et propre.2 piscines magnifiques et vue incroyable.Repas et petit déjeuner excellents.Le personnel toujours très professionnel.

Good for a one-off experience, wouldn't go back.
Pros:

Beautiful location and scenery, quiet and relaxing, staff polite and helpful. Pretty well kept facilities and accommodation, room well appointed. A lovely place to fall asleep and wake up.

Cons:

Not perfect, which I would expect for the price, most importantly the bed was two pushed together, which separated during the night. The "lake" is oversold, don't go down there on a hot day.

Rating reduced to 8, for unsolicited emails.
