Cons:

Rooms were dirty, bath towels were size of hand towels, no tv working, repeated calls to reception throughout the day but still they did not recharged the dish, bath tub was totally in dilapidated condition, wash basin was broken, flush leaking. Housekeeping did not provide extra pillow and blanket when asked for saying they do not have any extra available. Poor housekeeping, poor maintenence of property. Water in swimming pool was smelling offensive.

Our stay was disappointing. The room cleanliness was below expectations, service was slow and unresponsive, and the overall experience did not justify especially the guest of booking.. Yes we are treated like unwanted guests. When we askee change the room, we were ready to pay an extra amount. Basic amenities were not properly maintained, which affected our comfort. The food was pathetic, nothing extraordinary breakfast.

The room size was good but Bathroom were not good the tub was worn out and the water was there on the floor and was stagnant the shower was blocked, The property needs more maintenance.

Excellent hotel with an overwhelming view. Recommended for families.
Pros:

Excellent view, good food, humble staff, excellent property with all the facilities. The sunset was clearly visible from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Methi matar malai was mouth watering.
Overall cozy stay. Highly recommended for families.

Cons:

The pool on the first day of our stay was not operational which hotel staff should have informed us. Also, there was no game in the play area that was properly working except badminton. There was a rough road of approx. 500m to reach the hotel. No good restaurant or dhaba in the range of 2-3 kilometers of hotel.

Not worth it!
Pros:

Property was decent, with lawns and swimming pool.

Cons:

Room mattress was hard and stiff. Sink had a drainage issue. Terrible room service food. Biryani was awful tasting. Staff roam around without greeting or smiling. Felt unwelcome and yes ofcourse the long drive to the hotel with broken roads was icing on the list of bad experiences. Also you get no help with parking your car, you need to search for parking and park at your own risk. I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their money on this hotel stay.

Pros:

Great experience at this place. They accommodated us at the last minute and were extremely helpful. The staff was polite and courteous. Mr Pankaj specially ensured that our stay was comfortable. Will definitely book this property again
