Perfecte locatie voor uitstapjes in de regio.
Pros:

Rustig gelegen en niet ver van de mooie stranden aan de Costa Smeralda.

No es una estancia relajada puesto que todo puede costarte dinero.

La casa es bonita

Cons:

No me gustó que haces la reserva con Booking pero en realidad es otra agencia quien lo lleva. Además al hacer la reserva recibes una lista de normas y posibles cargos extra bastante absurdos. La casa anuncia que tiene jabón y no es así . Te dan 1 rollo de papel, 1 sobre de gel y un poco de jabón , si necesitas más lo pagas o lo compras tú . Es decir , el anuncio es bastante engañoso. Tienes una franja de 3 horas para hacer el check in y si no puede que tengas que pagar. El check in comienza a las 17 y check out a las 10 de la mañana, básicamente el primer día se lo regalas. Y entre tanta exigencia nos encontramos que dos de tres camas estaban sin hacer. El cargo por perro son 50 euros , cantidad que evidentemente te dicen al llegar y que por 3 días es muy elevada. Y por si esto es poco, tienes que pagar una fianza de 200 euros que tampoco aparece en el anuncio antes de hacer la reserva. Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar.

Cons:

Les logements ne possèdent pas le Wi-Fi. Résidence peu pourvue en vaisselle et qui n a pas les premières nécessités : huile vinaigre.....résidence fréquentée en majorité par des ados ou jeunes adultes irrespectueux des règles de vie et du savoir vivre. Très tres bruyant.la nuit.....logements tres mal isolés phonetiquement..je déconseille à ceux qui veulent se reposer la nuit ...tres mauvais.rapport qualité prix .

Tutto. Appartamento spazioso e pulito, fornitissimo di tutto per cucinare. Un punto in più per il kit da lavaggio piatti. Gran bel bagno con doccia con ottima pressione dell'acqua.

La nostra veranda aveva una meravigliosa vista panoramica sulle colline circostanti.

Lo staff, Bela, credo sia stato il miglior receptionist mai incontrato. Gentile, affidabile sempre disponibile a dispensare preziosi consigli su qualsiasi cosa gli abbiamo chiesto.

Spero di tornare presto!

Cons:

Necessita urgentemente un buon Wi-Fi. Purtroppo le sim non funzionano bene e per chi ha delle cose da sbrigare dal pc, può essere limitante.

Con un così bell'appartamento cambierei la TV mettendone una consona alle dimensioni e distanza dal divano. Era davvero piccolissima.

Inoltre se non ricordo male mancavano gli strofinacci da cucina, dovrebbero far parte della casa.

Overall, it was good.

Cons:

Overall it was good, but there were always some issues. We didn’t have hot water all the time, but the owner always managed it when we complain about it. Also, the kitchen was a little bit poorly equipped. The wifi didn’t work.

We loved Costa Esmeralda and really liked the location and peacefulness of the apartment.
Pros:

Beautiful bush location with distant sea view - very quiet and couldn't see any neighboring buildings. Pool area was great for kids.

Cons:

No wi-fi in the rooms, only around the reception building and it wasn't reliable. Don't come here if you need to do remote work and need wi-fi. Also, the second bedroom in our apartment didn't have air conditioning. It was hot (about 34 degrees during the day) so we had to keep the air con in the main living room on all night with the second bedroom door open, and even then it was still warm in the bedroom. Main bedroom double bed was fine and had its own air con.
