It was a good stay
Pros:

We really liked that area, it was clean comfortable quiet and a short walk to shops and coffee. A short train ride to shibuya, shinjuku. we were able to cook our own breakfast.

Cons:

It is compact, but it suited our needs as we where sight seeing

Great quiet location for long stays, but had some cleanliness issues this time.
Pros:

Lovely apartment on a quiet side-street about 8 mins walk from Koenji JR station. The walk is great as you pass a shopping street with tons of late-night ramen spots and coffee shops. This is the east side of Koenji, so it is much quieter than the west side, which I prefer. You can even walk to Nakano Broadway in about 11 mins without needing the train. I also recommend using Luup e-bikes to get around the area quickly.

Cons:

I’ve stayed here 4-5 times for long trips, but I was disappointed that the bed wasn’t properly cleaned this time. I woke up itching with red spots, so there were definitely bedbugs. I resolved it myself by using spare linens and washing the dirty ones, but it was a letdown for my "go-to" spot. Also, I wish they provided basic cleaning tools like a small duster or broom. Using the AC daily for winter heating kicks up dust, and for long-term stays, it would be nice to be able to tidy up easily.

Parfait pour un couple et pour explorer la ville.
Pros:

L'appartement était parfait pour notre séjour dans un quartier que nous ne connaissions pas mais que nous avons adoré. Metro a 10min c'est parfait.

Amazing stay in Koenji
Pros:

We absolutely loved this apartment. It is close to Koenji station and the city centre is minutes away. Also we loved Koenji it is a cozy neighbourhood with cute shops. I have nothing wrong to say about the apartment it was perfect.
