ONE general cleaning of the apartment is included only for stays of 6 nights or more. The cleaning service for shorter stays and additional cleaning service requests are subject to a supplement of €45 (includes linen & towels change). Please note that the kitchen must be left clean and tidy on leaving the apartment at the end of your stay. An additional €25 will be charged in the event that this is not done.

Baby cots and high chairs are on request and have an additional cost of €5.50 per day.

When booking more than 2 apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

è suonato l’allarme antincendio, nessuno rispondeva ai numeri di emergenza e nessuno si è recato sul posto. Sono presenti in struttura dalle 10:30 alle 18;00, fuori da questi orari non troverete nessuno, soprattutto in casi di emergenza

Die Lage des Apart Hotels ist genial: Es befindet sich im Viertel El Born in der Altstadt. Die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner und eine Terrasse im Dachgeschoss zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war es ruhig, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten.

Das Personal ist super nett. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Juan und Santiago. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Cons:

Verbesserungsvorschläge: ein größerer Spiegel hätte uns gefehlt. Die Reinigung unter den Matratzen und in den Ecken muss besser werden. Der Kühlschrank hätte mal abgetaut werden können.

Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel hat nichts unseren Aufenthalt gestört; insgesamt war es super.

Clean appartement with an amazing location in the centre of the city
Pros:

The location is amazing! You can easily get everywhere by walking, and there are plenty of food spots and supermarkets close by. Very lively area with a playground and some cafes. Staff was very welcoming and spoke English well. We were even able to leave our bags in the lobby for free on our last day so we could explore the city some more. The room cleaning was also done very nicely. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

It was quite noisy during the evening, so definitely bring earplugs. A lot of the cafes stay open till late, and the sound isolation is not that good. We were also a bit disappointed to find that the cooking stove has been removed (it was there in the photos, but not in the description), but thankfully there was a microwave and plenty of crockery and utensils.
