ONE general cleaning of the apartment is included only for stays of 6 nights or more. The cleaning service for shorter stays and additional cleaning service requests are subject to a supplement of €45 (includes linen & towels change). Très bruyant. Loué pour 4 personnes mais 2 vraies places pour dormir et 2 canapés très durs même pas convertibles.
Pas assez d’eau chaude pour prendre 4 douches à la suite.

Bliskość samego centrum to duży atut tego miejsca. Po przyjeździe, mogliśmy bez problemu zostawić bagaże – zarówno przed zameldowaniem, jak i po wymeldowaniu. To bardzo wygodne rozwiązanie, szczególnie gdy pokój nie jest jeszcze gotowy albo gdy wylot mamy dopiero wieczorem.
Obsługa była bardzo pomocna i troskliwa przez cały pobyt. W dniu przyjazdu, mimo że pokój nie był jeszcze dostępny, mogliśmy zostawić bagaże i wyjść na miasto. Natomiast w dniu wyjazdu, po wymeldowaniu o godzinie 11:00 (przy wylocie dopiero o 19:00), również mogliśmy bezpiecznie przechować rzeczy w specjalnym pomieszczeniu.
Dodatkowo, po powrocie ze zwiedzania mogliśmy jeszcze skorzystać z toalety, odświeżyć się, przebrać, chwilę odpocząć. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani przez obsługę – zarówno przed zameldowaniem, jak i po wymeldowaniu. Dzięki temu spokojnie przygotowaliśmy się do wyjazdu na lotnisko.

Okna wychodzące na ulicę sprawiały, że było dość głośno. Trafiliśmy akurat na okres walentynek w Barcelonie. więc na ulicy panowała imprezowa atmosfera, a hałas utrzymywał się praktycznie do rana. Na początku było to odczuwalne i trochę uciążliwe, jednak po dwóch dniach przyzwyczailiśmy się do tego i przestało nam to przeszkadzać.

Locatie was erg goed. Midden in het centrum, dus alles heel makkelijk te bereiken. De badkamer was schoon en de douche was heerlijk. De bedden waren ook erg goed en ruim. De kamer was een soort appartement, maar daar hebben we verder geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Cons:

De ontvangst was slecht. We waren 5 minuten te laat (18.05) en er was nog iemand aanwezig maar het zou teveel werk zijn om alles aan te sluiten en om ons in te checken. We moesten uiteindelijk tot 3 keer toe iemand bellen die ons een code zou sturen. We moesten opnieuw alle gegevens invoeren terwijl dat al eerder ook gevraagd was. De man van de receptie was nog wel aanwezig, maar zei niet veel te kunnen doen. Hij stelde voor dat we naar het hoofdkantoor konden lopen (45 minuten) met onze bagage. Het inchecken heeft ons uiteindelijk een uur gekost.

Daarnaast, let erop, je zit in het centrum dus veel geluidsoverlast.

Labai gera vieta, centre. Viskas pasiekiama pėsčiomis.
