Hotel muito bonito, assistência muito educada e prestativa no hotel, apartamento muito bem cuidado.

O hotel é muito bonito por fora e bem localizado.

Cons:

É difícil se localizar dentro do hotel, pois é mal sinalizado. As informações são um pouco confusas. A limpeza não estava 100%, lençóis encardidos. A piscina é muito pequena, pelo tamanho do hotel. Outro ponto negativo foi o café da manhã. Ficamos bem decepcionados, pois é cobrado a parte e é bem inferior ao de outros hotéis que já hospedamos em Campos do Jordão.

É outra coisa, é como na tv, aqueles hoteis super chiques e, por fora, um palácio, vista incrível, piscina aquecida, mirante, sala de jogos, academia, sauna, até a refeição que tivemos de pagar à parte valeu a pena, foi maravilhoso.
