Too many issues in our room
Pros:

Location was really good

Cons:

We checked in after 2pm but when we went to our room it was a mess because it hasn't been clean. The cleaner in the next room told us we were given a wrong room. She called the supervisor but we had to wait for our room. When we got to our room the flush wasn't working so again we had to call supervisor. Later that night we discover the shower wasn't working properly and the tap on the sink has a leak. We also ordered food as we were hungry they have a rule that if you wait more than 10 minutes for your food then it's free. After 10 minutes we called to check where's our food we were told that they're busy so there's a delay. We waited more than 20 minutes but we still paid for our food they obviously don't follow their own rules. There were a lot of issues in our room and delays, good thing we only stayed for 1 night. We didn't enjoy our stay this time.

Descent room
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff were polite and friendly. Room was clean and bed was ok.

Cons:

No hot water in the shower so I informed the staff at check out.

Good value for money
Pros:

Location and staff were very good. Room was clean and aircon really good.

Cons:

There was some construction going on and it was really loud all day. It started from 9am so it woke us up.

it’s ok for the prize but the staff are excellent
Pros:

breakfast is just ok..i ordered cheese burger i was disappointed coz the burger is so tiny..staff are friendly and location is great

Cons:

we need better food..telephone in my room not working..need to change room but the other room hot and cold shower control is broken..i tried to use the safe but it seems not working

Very good
Pros:

Staff are very polite as always. Convenient room.

Cons:

Food. Especially when you order rice, matigas po ang kanin. I think they better change the quality of rice they are using. Medyo not worth the money when it comes to their food service. Hopefully, they will update their kitchen.

Stay was ok but the parking, Scary. Please dont do that, staying inside someone elses car!

Cons:

I understand customer should leave their car keys to the guards in their parking lot. But I believe someone stay/nap/sleep inside my car specifically on the driver seat! Seat was reclined, I smell sweat, my stuffs was not on its place when I left them. This is disappointing.
