The room was nice and clean but it was a little bit small. The receptionist was very helpful although she only spoke Vietnamese which is fine but if you can't speak the language you may need to be patient. She sent us to all the nice restaurants that she knows very well and we were very satisfied
The air conditioning remote in the room didn't work properly although if we had asked we would have probably got a new remote. Other than that the bathroom was great the bed was soft the pillows were a little bit big but overall great stay

Nice quiet area.
Quite far from nearby restaurants or shops if you're walking. It's a must to rent a bike or come on a bike otherwise it'll be very difficult to get around. Because of the holiday we had to order food from the restaurant 2 hrs in advance but it took over 3 hrs for it to arrive which isn't great considering nothing nearby is open during the holidays, so we had no choice but to wait. We also asked for an extra bed which the app told us was available and we paid an extra 200k but there was no extra bed they just had a thick blanket for the floor so 3 of us ended up sharing the bed. Lucky we are small.
The view of the mountains is great and having the balcony to enjoy it is also helpful. The location is quite close to the entrance to the park but you still need a map to find the way in the curvy road.
Breakfast: we were asked to order in advance which we did. Then we got a message that the chosen dish wasn’t available. It is a simple Vietnamese dish that you can find anywhere but still they couldn’t make it. We also asked if there was a restaurant but apparently it (more of the catering service) was opened only for Vietnamese because its existence was kinda hidden from us.
The room wasn’t cleaned everyday and coffee and water were not replaced as well. It was quite disturbing because there were a lot of dead insects when we checked in already.
The people on the parking were not really that helpful and I had to move the parked bikes myself not to leave my bike outside. I honestly don’t know if they were going to do it or not later but I am pretty sure that guests should not do it.
The price is quite high but it may be attributed to the fact that we booked for a national holiday.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The host was exceptionally good. We arrived at 11.00am and were allowed to check in. He was very responsive to our requests including trying to find us a fishing place and a car to hire.
Having one kitchen per floor works perfectly especially when you are a group. Our breakfast was served in our kitchen, making it possible to have flexible timing.
The barbeque at the rooftop with a panoramic view of the area was a real treat.
The mountain view from the room was very refreshing. Having a balcony and chairs from which to soak in the cool fresh air was a bonus.
The room amenities were very good and as advertised.
Could not find anything entertaining except cycling. The nearby resort with waterfall and natural pools was closed.
The standard of cleaning can be improved given the quality of the finishings in the building.
The pillows were too hard. Perhaps give options of hard and soft.
The staff was really helpful and he was always available. He went over board to help us.
The place was lovely but the neighbours in the area played loud music.

Crean and new with fabulous views of the mountains and national park. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was to much trouble. We hired a motorbike off them and went exploring. Lovely welcoming family. Great to escape the chaos of Hanoi. 100% recommend .
