If you book 5 or more rooms this will be classed as a group. The hotel will contact you directly as a deposit schedule will be issued to you to pre pay for your group prior to arrival. A €100.00 deposit per room per night will be requested at check-in for incidental charges for all rooms. Guests using credit cards will have their card pre -authorized for the full amount, and the balance ( if any) will be released upon check-out. Guests paying by debit cards will be charged upfront for the full amount, and the balance (if any) will be reimbursed in cash upon check-out. Please note that all Special requests are subject to availability & additional charges may apply. A damage/noise deposit of €300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check -out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property and the absence of noise disturbance complaints related to your stay

We enjoyed the stay. It was large clean and quiet.
I did not realize it while booking but it seemed to be populated by older people. We enjoyed it regardless, however seniors looking into the area should 100% consider this location.
Very comfortable bed and very quiet room. Restaurant and bar onsite and a very good breakfast selection. Located right in the heart of Westport. Very convenient parking on site.
Great location & extremely friendly staff
Mattress on the double bed was quite hard & uncomfortable
Location was the main reason for booking as so central.Breakfast was lovely too and we dined in Covey one evening which was great.
We stayed for 3 nights and although air con is advertised it is not true air con just heating system that can be turned down so nights felt very stuffy even though was not warm outside.We used our wine glasses and one other glass on first night and they were neither cleaned or removed/replaced which I found completely unacceptable.On our last night our room had our beds made but used towels removed and not replaced and rubbish was not removed in 3 days...housekeeping very poor standard.
De ontbijtruimte is super mooi en gezellig ingericht. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid.
De frigo in de kamer maakte wat lawaai en zou ik de volgende keer uitzetten.
Breakfast was fab, and the staff at the main desk and breakfast were helpful and pleasant.
We ate at the restaurant after checking in, and the foreign lady who was the restaurant hostess was not very warm, nor inviting. I noticed she showed the same coldness to the waiting staff inside. The food itself was very disappointing, out of our 3 meals, only 1 was eaten (the curry). We chose simple food from the menu, carbonara, curry and pizza, all of which came out within 5 minutes. The pizza was obviously reheated. Such a shame, because the restaurant itself was a lovely area with nicely designed interior.
The location and parking were excellent for our stay. The reception staff were both friendly and helpful in helping arranging dinner reservations and the room was well appointed and comfortable. Our Hungarian server for dinner was a pleasure and we enjoyed a fantastic dinner and breakfast during our stay. The short break deals on offer represent excellent value for money and we can only recommend the hotel to other visitors who want a great jumping off point to explore Croagh Patrick and the Connemara National Park. We will definitely be back.
