הצוות היה הדבר הכי טוב בשהות שלנו! נתנו לנו לעשות צ׳ק אין מוקדם, שדרגו אותנו בחינם לחדר עם נוף ונתנו לנו להתקלח בערב אחרי שכבר שעשינו צ׳ק אאוט כי חיכינו לאוטובוס לילה להמשיך ליעד הבא
הם היו מאוד נחמדים, קשובים, יודעים אנגלית טוב
המלון עצמו במיקום נהדר, המזגן פועל טוב ובאמת יצאנו סופר מרוצות

VOLVERÍA SIN LUGAR A DUDAS !!!

Me encantó la ubicación, el servicio, el tamaño de las habitaciones, la gentileza del personal. Quiero dar las gracias a todos los que han hecho que nuestra estancia sea tan agradable, en especial a los cuales he tenido un trato directo, Ann, Alice, Hannah, Trang, Wyatt, han gestionado cada uno en su tiempo todo lo que hemos necesitado con una atención y alegría que normalmente es difícil de encontrar.
Muchas gracias de nuevo a todos y todas.
El desayuno con bufé y pudiendo pedir a la carta el resto ha sido cada día lo mejor.

Fint til 2 overnatninger, men heller ikke mere end det :)
Pros:

Personalet var rigtig søde og så ligger det lige midt i den gamle bydel, hvilket er dejligt når man kun har få dage i Hanoi :)

Cons:

Der var meget lydt, værelset var en smule nusset og morgenmaden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for…
