Pros:

Location is perfect to block from the lake and and a five minute walk up to Beer Street. My room on the top floor had floor to ceiling glass giving an amazing panoramic view, looked forward to opening the curtains each morning. He linens did not have any soap or fabric softener smell. All staff were helpful and friendly, and the included breakfast was amazing food. I highly recommend Bella Rosa.

It was a perfect stay for Hanoi!
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was in the middle of the Old Quarter. We would absolutely book the same hotel if ever we go back to Hanoi again.

A causa di un problema nella camera prenotata, abbiamo dovuto soggiornare in due camere diverse. Nella seconda camera appena fuori dalla finestra era presente l’impianto di raffreddamento che ha fatto rumore per tutta la notte. Tende poco oscuranti nelle camere

a cost-effective hotel in old town
Pros:

good location for cruise pick-up, next to the puppet theatre, really friendly staff, decent breakfast 😃

Cons:

too much noise on weekends, no safety rail of the window door (really dangerous for kids and drunk guys), some ants in the room, manual push-door elevator 😅

Great, attetive staff
Pros:

The staff were super welcoming, attentive, and really helpful the whole time. They answered all our questions and made everything easy for us. Big shoutout to the young lady at reception—she spoke great English, wore glasses, and was really lovely (wish I remembered her name!). The restaurant staff were great too.

Location is perfect—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, so everything is super convenient. Definitely recommend for a short stay in Hanoi 👍

Pros:

Generally taking into account location, price and comfort, you get what ypu pay for. I stayed for 2 nights to conquer briefly Hanoi, and it was ok. With little kids I wouldn't consider it for much longer (lack of pool in such hot weather would be a problem).
Would I go back for 2-3 nights - definitely YES

Stayed only a night but was well looked after by the team of friendly staff of the hotel.
Pros:

Centrally located in Hanoi old town, warm staff to greet and look after you. Their communication is always prompt and friendly.

Cons:

Close to bars so it can be a little noisy at night.
