Clean comfortable accommodation. Good start to the day with breakfast.
Staff were excellent - at both sites. The 2 Grace's, An. The two young guys. All were friendly helpful and went the extra mile. Go team!

Nothing we didn't like. A small improvement could come in breakfast team - keeping supplies up to date, anticipating demands topping up bread basket, juices

Pros:

Customer relation from front desk is very good and personal coming from a small boutique hotel! The breakfast is excellent too as we love fruits, hot soupy pho, local coffee and eggs of your choice is good to get you goin'.

Cons:

Sometimes a little noise from outside street? during weekends nights. But still didn't bother us too much.

Eine sehr gute Lage und ein sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

Es war angeblich dass Hotel die wir gebucht haben schon voll und diese Hotel war es „Schwester Hotel“ also gleich nebenan.

Cons:

Frühstück war in der vom uns ursprüngliches Hotel.
Nachdem wir öfters gehört haben dass dies eine Masche ist mit die Hotels glaube wir sind genau so reingefallen.
Muss aber dazu sagen dass nachdem wir uns beschwert haben haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen haben und dies ist lobenswert.

Pros:

Il punto di forza é la gente, lo staff, e vorrei nominare Grace della reception per la sua gentilezza, professionalità, pure un buon inglese, che non é scontato in Vietnam, il suo sorriso e i suoi consigli. Ma anche tutto il resto del personale, davvero bravi, bravi, una gentilezza che solo in Asia ormai.
La struttura é datata, ma funzionante in tutto, doccia, aria condizionata etc. Ho avuto la camera con una terrazza grande e bella da starci la mattina e sera, peccato per il rumore assordante della strada, della gente, della movila tutta in quella parte che é anche vicina al lago. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi, però a rischio della vita, come in tutto il Vietnam per un traffico caotico e non gestibile. Se sapete gestire il rumore, tappi o non tappi, se amate la movida, i ristoranti tutti li, la gente bella ma rumorosa, é un hotel da considerare.

Το Bella Rosa Hotel στο Ανόι ήταν εξαιρετικό και ξεπέρασε πραγματικά τις προσδοκίες μας. Το προσωπικό ήταν απίστευτα εξυπηρετικό, πάντα χαμογελαστό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Η τοποθεσία είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, ιδανική για να εξερευνήσεις την πόλη, χωρίς όμως να υπάρχει ενόχληση το βράδυ. Το πρωινό ήταν απίστευτο, με μεγάλη ποικιλία και πολύ καλή ποιότητα. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!
