Понравилось цена, номер красивый, компактный, есть все что нужно, сантехника хорошая, кровать, пастель удобная, холодильник хороший, кондиционер хороший, вода горячая и холодная есть. Расположение прям в центре старого города. Карты от номера не нужно таскать с собой, номер открывается по пинкоду.

Cons:

Шкаф для одежды нету, в прихожей маленький открытый шкаф с вешалками есть. Если останавливаться на 1-2 дня, то нормально, если на неделю, то без шкафа не удобно. У нас номер был на 1 этаже и перед окнами кафе, все так слышно как будто окна открыты, но нам это не мешало спать.

Habitación bonita y bien equipada, en una calle tranquila del centro de Kaleiçi. Los desayunos eran muy buenos y completos, la cocina del restaurante fue excelente y el personalmente muy amable.

Cons:

Para ser una habitació familiar, no había espacio de almacenamiento. Ni armarios, ni espacio. Estuvimos 3 días con las maletas por el suelo, sin poder movernos.

Perfect!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room was cozy, the beds were comfortable, and it was great to have air conditioning in every room.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the historic center and within walking distance of all the main attractions. We also really enjoyed the beautiful terrace, where we spent our evenings relaxing and chatting. Having access to a good washing machine was another nice bonus during our trip.

The hotel has a lovely lounge area, and the reception and restaurant are both fantastic. The restaurant was outstanding, and we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. A special thank you to the lovely lady serving breakfast, she was incredibly kind and welcoming.

The staff throughout the hotel were amazing. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We also really appreciated that, although our official check in time was later, they let us into our room about an hour and a half early as soon as it was ready after cleaning. That made a big difference for us.

We honestly have nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended, 10/10!

Super hosts. Super place to stay.
Pros:

The staff is very courteous and helpful. Its a nice cozy place. Located in the old town but all restaurants etc are round the corner.

Cons:

Drinking water was given only once during the stay but that can be overlooked with all other positive aspects.

A wonderful boutique stay with outstanding staff and a perfect location
Pros:

I usually stay in well-known chain hotels, so choosing a boutique hotel was a bit different for me. I’m so glad I did! This hotel has been a lovely change. It has so much character, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and felt much more personal than many larger hotels.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location in Antalya Old Town was perfect, with easy access to the historic streets, harbour, and plenty of great restaurants.

I also want to give special recognition to the staff. Before I arrived, I had an issue with my Booking.com reservation where my card was charged twice for the same booking. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp, and they responded quickly and reassured me they would help. On check-in, they had already arranged everything and refunded the duplicate payment in cash without any hassle. Their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to resolve a problem that wasn’t their fault really stood out and made a stressful situation much easier.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. If you’re looking for a comfortable, welcoming hotel with excellent customer service in the heart of Antalya Old Town, I would definitely recommend staying here.
