Not amazed
Pros:

The front desk staff were amazing

Cons:

Staff who served the breakfast , being treated in a specific way just cuz we r moroccans tho foreigners are being treated well .
Same situation we were not treated same as foreigners

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

The staff were all helpful and polite. Room was large and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food. I used the spa (hamam and massage) which was lovely. Pool area was clean and pleasant.

Cons:

Fridge and television didn’t work, and weren’t fixed despite us reporting it. Dinner was hugely overpriced for what was served (very little choice and not well prepared).

Good hotel overall, though the noise affected my rest.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly — everything about the property is excellent. However, the noise was a major issue: I could hear other guests at night and staff activity during the day clearly from my room, which affected my rest.
