The name first of all is false advertising it is not what it says it's a Best Western, GPS said it was called the sure stay hotel so the hotel has three different names! Construction going on, receptionist said sorry i don't have the room booked I gave you the best room I have, I hope the construction and the moving of furniture above your room doesn't disturb you!? no ice is available, no exercise room is available no laundry was available no iron or iron in the room as stated as an amenity the fire detector / cO2 was detached and I found with the wires in the back and stuck in a cabnit the floors had not been vacuumed swept cleaned. there was ice trays with hair and a buildup of film on them on the ice there was a bug that looked like a cockroach in the bathroom springs were poking through the bed. old mattresses, In the parking lot there was a stack cabinets, old stained mattresses an old material were piled in the parking lot. They should not even be advertising for any bookings I think I was the only one in the whole hotel. It is called Executive Inn & Suites Extended Stay. The pictures online are not even the pictures of the property they had to have been AI generated.
Sorry to have to leave this long negative review but it was one of the most horrible days I've ever been at and I had to rebook at a different hotel Holiday Inns Express so I ended up paying almost $400 for two hotels in one night!
Proximity to the activity we were attending. Beds were comfortable.
Facility was being remodeled, room was missing nightstand and headboard lights. Closet cabinet was not finished being put together. TV was stuck on one Spanish channel and couldn't be changed. Pool was closed. Facility is now a Best Western and we were never notified of the name change, it is no longer Executive Inns & Suites. This made it difficult to find.
The staff was very friendly & helpful.
I was willing to overlook how dirty it was, until the bathroom sink was clogged and drained ever so slow.
Then the little hot water machine only heated to warm. Final disappointment was the stove would not heat up. I followed the instructions on the wall, nothing! I chose this destination specifically because I would be able to cook my own food. Even though it had a 3.2 rating.
I spoke with employee at check out, she did not care.
Extremely disappointed,
Heidi Perry
The milk was sour and no staff was present. Staff had t be contacted by phone from lobby.
The kitchenette sink has a leak with a bucket under the counter in our room.
This is listed as executive suite however, the sign is best Western. The whole place is a beaten up dump. I believe they’re doing some renovations, but there is construction debris everywhere, and the place was filthy. Even the bedside table had sticky fingers all over it.
Dirty and rude -the front desk gentleman should not be yelling out your phone number and your room number to all the people behind you in line especially when you’re traveling by by yourself as a woman
It has an EV charger
The property is run down in need of a renovation. The property has a very strong odor of stale cigarettes.
Nothing
The staff was rude. If you could get help it was indecent service
The front desk guy was nice.
Basically everything, I think they should keep that place closed until it's fully renovated. I think our room had been renovated already but the kitchen area was gross and missing knobs, I had to plug in the TV box and it still didn't work. Something in the hall kept beeping. We honestly left that night and got another room, I got a really weird feeling and it was just myself and my 2 kids.
It was clean! Good breakfast!
The fridge is loud when it turns on!!
Breakfast was terrible
The room was spacious and the pillows were better than expected.
The breakfast was so bad it was insulting. Probably the cheapest hotel breakfast that ever qualified. The food was bad. The yogurt all expired that day (a few had turned), the meat was cheap meatballs (not breakfast food). My kids said the cereals were stale and old. We were joking with the other patrons about how it looked like they did the miminum possible to still qualify as a continental breakfast at the least possible expense.
Recently installed Level 2 Tesla EV charger that also works for other EVs was a nice bonus. Saved us an hour or more of time and about $50 in charging costs at a fast charger in the area.
We also appreciated the breakfast with hot waffles, eggs and sausage links, pastries, cereal, milk, juice and bagels. Decent variety pleased all of us.
Pool was still out of commission due to renovations at the property.
It is a days travel from our home on route to brother's. I like the kitchenettes.
Ibooked 9/2 Tues night on booking.com 2 beds for $113. I did not have wifi to prebook Sat night-desk said 175 same room. I got 1 bed 135. I dont like the hold up. Sunday breakfast had no eggs and husband disgusted.
Nothing
Everything. Filthy, no staff, light in the room would not turn off without me flipping a breaker switch, which also turned off all outlets. The front desk didn't seem to think it was a big deal and told me to just cover the light with something dark. The hotel was under construction and everything was filthy and not a house keeper in sight! The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in!
