Pros:

All required Amenities available near and around the hotel,staff was good but hotel rooms to be refurbished , though location of the hotel is very good ,,as good places to eat and shop nearby so didn't have any problems in eating and shopping

Dirty wall paints ,dirty carpets,,marks on the washroom floor and taps and surrounding areas,no bed lamp

This was hands-down the worst hotel experience of my life.
From the moment we stepped in, it was a nightmare:

Elevator covered in huge spider webs 🕷️

Shady reception area that felt unsafe

Room reeking of a strange smell

Torn pillows and bedsheets burnt with cigarette holes

We left in less than 20 minutes because it was that bad.
But here’s the real scam – Fab Hotels refused to refund my money, and Booking.com was useless. No representative to talk to, no accountability, just silence.

Save yourself the stress, the disgust, and the loss of money. I’ll never use Fab Hotels or Booking.com again.

Pros:

The bed was good and the hot water. The staff was co-operative.

Cons:

The food was stale and cold. No glasses in the room. Bathroom too was wet. The handwash bottle was not working. No soap, toothpaste. Room service phone too was not working.

Unhappy with the hotel, checked out one day in advance.
Pros:

Good location, many food stalls nearby.

Cons:

Unclean rooms, housekeeping improper, entry to hotel is pathetic, dirty and dark, elevator stops at 11pm.
