Very comfortable and highly convenient.
Pros:

DEFFINITELY worth the money. Will come back every time now when I need accomodation for work. Beccy could not be a better host.

Superb quiet hotel alternative for respectful adults
Pros:

Close to NEC/Airport but has a real 'Home away from home' feel.

Very quiet and almost surprised to see another guest in the kitchen once.

Although attending a busy convention for 3 days, everything was there to relax before and after meetings. Close enough to The Hilton that it saw me 'home' for lunch once and even enjoyed breakfast in the garden one day!

Nice enough environment to have stayed in for the whole morning if wasn't so busy!

Nice area, shops nearby, free parking, no noisy roads outside so slept well.

Highly recommended for the discreet, respectful professional.

Bit of rough
Cons:

Very tired, subdivided council house. Mostly transient workers who were fine and friendly but doesn't lend the landlord to maintenance unfortunately (said as a former transient tradesman myself).
The bed was clean, but the door latch was broken, and the lock was borderline. Toilet facilities were clean-ish but completely run down and falling apart. The shower room was better but only marginally. For £20 per night, I'd say fair enough, but you can get a travel lodge or similar for almost the same money with a clean en-suite.

Value for money
Pros:

Easy check inn and check out. Wifi good. Free parking around the corner in a residential parking area

Cons:

One toilet and one bathroom for all guest. Luckily, i was alone in the property. I can only imagine if the house was full it would mean queing up to use the toilet or bathroom when you are in a rash

Cons:

I didn’t pack for hair dryers and irons ect as these was in places I’d stayed before so just presumed but I couldn’t find any of them if they was there for use maybe just leave some information somewhere on where to find them as I wasn’t comfortable searching either as other guests was there too but it wasn’t a dislike at all though it’s just a suggestion ☺️

Quiet, clean a little gem
Pros:

Room was super clean, as was the whole house.
Plenty of parking in the car park and road outside.
Everything needed for cooking or heating meals

Cons:

Nothing particularly
Bed was a little firm for my taste, but that's not a criticism, beds are impossible to please everyone.

Done its job. Location not the best
Pros:

Clean and tidy comfortable bed

Cons:

Locks on doors was hard to work and very noisy when someone is trying to lock u lock there doors.
The walls are paper thin so when others are there it got very noisy

Cheap but not very cheerful for extra £25 could of stayed in a hotel in area
Pros:

The bed was comfortable facilities in room adequate
Host was fairly helpful in booking my taxi very early in the morning

Cons:

No running hot or warm water
Had to have a lukewarm shower
Couldn’t see a fire escape plan
