Room was t ready upon check inn
A other guest fell asleep with tele on all night
Shower was too temperamental it was either too hot or not hot enough
Clean,comfortable room within easy access of airport/nec.
Door lock on room was a little jammed and hard to open.

The toilet and bathroom were upstairs from my room and shared between 4 rooms.
The property is in a very quiet neighbourhood, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Becky was very attentive and answered my messages in a timely fashion.
The house gets very cold during the day and the thermostat doesn’t seem to work?
Also the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from other guests (or the person next to me was just very loud).

I could not stay at the house as it was in the middle of a estate it is not a lough it's a house my car was not safe there were 3 men round the car I had to book the village hotel and stay there i would like my money back as it is just a 3 bed room house

Handy for the NEC. Check in done over the phone was smooth. Everything was clean and even some little toiletries, teas, coffee and kettle in the room which was a nice touch given the great value for money. I didn't see other guests during my stay- everyone has their own individual room and my neighbours were quiet :) I parked my car on the road outside and all good.
