Great apartment in Colombo
Pros:

Plenty of space for 6 people to stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Each double bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped with a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. The owner and reception staff were helpful too

It had a great view, was exceptionally clean and spacious. In addition, it was easy to get assistance from the owner of the staff. It was very comfortable and home and was aesthetic.

Cons:

There was no restaurant on the property which I thought there was going to be.

The hallways often smelled like rotten garbage because tenants had to put their garbage in the hallways and then it was removed the next day

Had a very Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Stayed for 4 days in the property. The host Ranil was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and in good order and very convenient to move around Colombo. Was very pleased with our stay.

Superb
Pros:

Lovely, spacious apartment in a fantastic location. It’s conveniently close to many amenities, with Marino Mall and Food City Express just across the road. The host, Ranil, was very accommodating and easy to communicate with—made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Cons:

The only downside was the noise from the upstairs neighbors above the master bedroom suite. They often played movies very loudly late into the night, sometimes past midnight. Thankfully, the sound of the air conditioning helped muffle it a bit. We didn’t raise it with the host, as it wasn’t his fault—just a case of inconsiderate neighbors.

Excellent value for money, very central, great host, exceptional apartment.

1. Excellent host - very professional, polite & exceptionally helpful to any queries raised
2. Generous size/space of the property
3. Nice views from the (near) top floor with big windows & lots of natural light coming through
4. Cleanliness of the property - all rooms (incl. bathrooms) were very clean
5. Complimentary toiletries - a nice gesture
6. Complimentary room clean & linen change (based on duration of stay/booking)
7. Great location - very central to all malls/hotels/restaurants
8. Swimming pool - very clean & maintained
9. Reserved car parking space
10. All rooms had very good AC (including dining room)

Cons:

None. Loved everything about this property. We have stayed in lots of apartments (over the years) in Sri Lanka and i can honestly say that this was the best.

Highly recommended family stay
Pros:

Absolutely clean property and the host was always reachable. All amenities were provided and the host ensured we have all the basic needs. The apartment is very well equipped necessary electrical appliances as well. We will definitely be staying in this property again.

Cons:

The apartment itself has no issues. The only downside was the neighbor living right above who kept playing movies and video games at all odd hours and extremely loud which was very disturbing

Fantastic place, location also a big plus
Pros:

This place exceeded my expectations, the rooms were spacious, the whole apartment was huge, great for when local family visited as plenty of room for everyone. So glad i found this place as anytime i visit srilanka i don’t have to bother looking elsewhere for accommodation

Cons:

There really wasn’t anything, a vacuum would have been good for the rugs. However that’s only because i had young children who always dropped crumbs around. The broom provided still did the job
